Serac, from A Second Mario Bros. X Thing. Serac was originally a boss in A Second Mario Thing, a romhack of Super Mario World with levels contributed by others, but the hack was never completed, and Serac never saw the light of day until her appearence in A2XT, where she played a minor role -- an introduction to World 8.

Also, it's pronounced "seh-rack".
