twebetus by Blue_Eyes

Unlike its causin the laetus, it only has three solid colors for the feathers, and three shades of each. Blue, green and red. males are darker and females are lighter.
all twebes are born with their color in between hues [medium], it is impossible to tell if they are male or female 'till they are 8 months of age. they give live birth.
Since they fly and can not swim, they have no gills like the leatus
