Honestly, today has been pretty awful and I'm crying as I'm typing this and I should probably go to sleep now.

I'm pretty sure pokemon doesn't have any satanic or illuminatic imagery in it. At all. I'm probabaly not wrong.

There's been accusations like that in my religion, too. And it's stupid.
The games and anime have a message of the importance friendship and love, which is shown by the gameplay itself and the way people in the games/anime treat their pokemon and other people.
If you need a "real life" example of how Pokemon positivly impacts people, use Pokemon Go.
As you've probably seen/heard, because of Pokemon Go, people have been able to make new friends, have fun and nice interactions with strangers, have been able to walk their pets and shelter animals more often, and help people with mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression get motivated to take care of themselves and leave the house.
Finally, in the words of Mewtwo, "I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant... it is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are."

I think some people are just so unhappy in their own lives that they try to ruin everything for any/everyone else. I know it's hard, but try to ignore what these people are saying, they're only trying to bring you down & by letting them get to you, youre not doing yourself any favors! That freakin sucks... Pokemon has been around for 21 years... They should be more aware of the world around them because then they would know what everyone is saying up there and then some.^ When my dad was young, his bro had beatles records but his dad considered them satanic, as well did others, so he destroyed them... Goes to show people find demons and such in just about anything because they're too lazy to actually look around and see that they're wrong. I don't know your home life or your relationship and attitude ttowards your parents, so I dont know what you can or can't do, but I'd try research claims of demonism in pokemon, and then research rebuttals. Basically, make your point with evidence. Theres a popular claim that say the pokerap contains a line like "I love Satan" or something when played backwards, and yet I couldn't hear it all. It was completely bogus. A lot of youtubers have also done videos about stuff like it and how its cr.a.p... I dunno.

I just things really work out for you and your parents have a shred of decency in them. Not to demean them or anything, but c'mon... it's 2016. They should know better.
