I WANNA GUESS!! IT TURNED EVEN DRYER [A]

So then after that, her parents Named her "Rain D Olyvier Ane Synthia"
Now to her powers: For the last 15 years, where ever she is it rains, she travels around a lot so her town doesn't get flooded. Now don't get me wrong, it does not only rain where she is, it still rains in other places! Farmers pay her to stay at there house so their crops can get enough water in the summer. She then uses that money for travel and pencils and paper.
Random Person: "Why Senpai Madi, pencils and paper?"
Madi: "I was just getting to that, don't get yer pannies in a bundle!"
Pencils and paper because she like to design her own clothes! (and yes Ari, those are bells at the bottem of her dress) Oh and her hair is not dyed, it is compleatly natural. Along with the "rain" powers, her eye color also changes with her mood! Cool right!

Now to explain her name:
Rain, her first name,
D, ever person on her dad's side of the fam has this in their name
Olyvier, is her mom's names
Ane, ever person on her moms side of the fam has this in their name, since Rain is female she would pass "Ane" onto her children, if she were to have a bro, he would pass "D" onto his children
Synthia, in her grandma's name
