I had the Idea for them since awhile now but got the hintning spark as I was working on the asks.
The one from @NoRamen.

They are born out of dreams.
The dreamsheeps turn human alike aft.er a name is given to them.
They are genderless before they are named.
They can switch back to there sheep form as they wish.
They are often familiars of a mage.

Mostly the person they named them.
They cant die from aging or illness because they dont age or get sick.
But can be killed.
Thats why they usually live longer as the person they are adictated to.
When this person dies they lose theire purpose and be sad until they meet a new.
They went grey in this period of time.
They have abilitys depending on there dream typ.
The typs are:
-Daydream
-Normal Dream
-Nightmare(rare)
