Nice attention to detail! Galarian Zigzagoon are blue and red when Shiny.
This comic is about a Hoenn Zigzagoon, since Galar hadn't been revealed yet when this comic was made. Hoenn Zigzagoon are normally brown, but Shiny Hoenn Zigzagoon like the one above are orange.
