Nothing really happened aside from Mac and Sherry still having the longest hug ever

Blackice look at the exiles Maldius had trap for him. he watch them as the dragon screamed and panicked "that.. one looks good. .." as he started to murder strange words , and slowly walk towards them black liquid start dripping from his mouth and seeping from his talon staining his tracks in the snow. One of dragon "Its a demon! " and try to run but 2 of Blackice shadow Beast cornered him, Blackice did a sick smiled "...meat..." his eye turn black as he charged and lunged at the dragon sinking his Talons into his back. The Dragon roar in pain and try to get him off by biting at him. Blackice open his mouth his fangs covered in black goo and bit down on the dragon neck. The Dragon Roar as the 2 dragons rolled around with wings flapping around violently.the dragon stop struggle, and Blackice let go of him and start to talk strain "..not...died..no...but..would wish it..." he turned his head towards Maldius and does a creepy smile blood and black liquid drips from his mouth "....more...meat..." he turned and looks at the other dragon and charges at them.

Ivy was curled in her cell, as far from the rotting dragon as she could get. She wasn't asleep, but she was resting, saving her strength for when she'd need to fight again. She couldn't believe everything had happened so quickly... Maldius had been on the brink of death after her attack, but now he was healed and seemed stronger than ever. She knew Casta would be terrified of the dark dragon. //If he's even still alive...// she thought grimly.

Alfred sat eating one of his s'mores happy.
Teresa smiled at Nikita and "I've never been camping before or eating s'mores in the day time" she giggled

Scratch made his way toward the dungeon. He walked in the large doors quietly, before slithering up to Casta's cell. He tossed something furry and most certainly dead into his cell.

"Eat it, you starved donkey" He hissed.

The tyrant of the Frozen Waste watches his servant BlackIce with increasing curiousity. //A dangerous weapon, he is,// Maldius ponders, silently watching BlackIce's frenzy as he sits among the screaming dragons. //I'll have to keep a close eye on him...//

Erebus decided to settle himself a distance away from the younger dragons camping. He looked down blindly at his paws deep in thought. //I should leave these dragons soon, let them be on their way.//

(This cover looks awesome! I will need to leave sometime during the RP, so it'd be best that I don't get involved this time around.)

Crowley left Solaris. He was heading into the wilderness to hunt, but he didn't intend to return for a while. After learning about Maldius, he had a lot to think about...

"Neither have I. Its kind of strange, but it's a unique experience." Nitika laughed.
She then looked at Erebus curiously, wondering why he was so quiet.

Scratch eyed Casta oddly. "Its not poisoned, trust me."
The dragon grinned, staring at Casta with his pupiless eyes.

"If I wanted to kill you, I'd do it in a more agonising way, not by wimpy poison...."

Sherry (finally) lets go of Macgyver and smiles up at him. "What're you gonna do now, Mister Mac?"

A figure draped in furs stood in the freezing temperatures of the Frozen Wastes. In the distance she could see the large ice structure that made up Maldius' fortress.

Crowley glided over the forests on his large feathered wings, using his sharp eyesight to search for prey. A hare hurtled beneath him. Out of laziness, the crowdragon simply teleported down and snatched up the terrified animal in his jaws. Grinning with satisfaction, he started to tear it apart. //That Maldius guy must be even better at catching food than me, with his dark magic,// he thought.

Blackice attack the dragons each one more violently than the last one. He Breathing heavily over the last one body's
"... oh...no...this...one..died... look... daddy is a monster too....just...like...you..are..." * burst into laughter* spitting blood and black liquid across the snow. "No...no...Serene... wouldn't like that... wouldn't I like that...at all..." he growled "but...we...are...a.. . happy ... family...so...so...happy. ..see...new...friends. ..new...family... members" he looks at the other bodies and smiled sick like.
The first dragon eyes open as it gas in pain black liquid coming from its wounds and seeping from its scales surrounding him the fluid around violently before it consume them.

Macgyver looked down at Sherry. "I don't know..." He said quietly.

Suddenly the room heated up, like an arid desert. Macgyver backed up, wacking into his bookshelf, causing some books and scrolls to topple onto the floor. His insides felt like they were on fire. "Sherry! I- I need you to-"

Alfred did a big smile "Erebus come have some s'mores with us!"

Teresa look at Erebus curious like

(I was thinking Crowley could interact with Erebus sometime. If anyone remembers back that far, they met briefly in the first RP.)

Sherry squeaks and hops backward in surprise. "You need me to what? What do you need?" The little dragonet watches Mac with great confusion. //Why'd it get so warm in here? I thought it didn't get this warm in Chrysos? Does Mister Mac need some water?//

Scratch smiled down at Casta.
"Thats a good boy..." He growled.
The wingless dragon sat down, curling his tail around his feet as he watched Casta eat.

(Oops meant *Aquilam XD )

Erebus turned to 'look' at the group in confusion but got up anyway and walked over to the fire. He sat down again but still kept his distance. "To my knowledge it is a bright day out, why need a fire?"

Macgyver let out a whimper, clutching his head. "I need you to get help- No its too late!- I-
Sherry, run."

He fell to the ground, covering his head. Mac's back went riged as if he was fighting. He slowly lifted his head to reveal his eyes had become pale, and his mouth was drawn back in a snarl. He slowly began to creep towards Sherry.

After finishing his meal, Crowley yawned and took flight again, not doing anything besides exploring. After a few minutes he spotted a small group of dragons clustered around a campfire, including a strangely familiar black dragon with eyes that looked to be blind. //Who is he? I must've seen him before.// Crowley shrugged and swooped in circles over the group, high enough to be safe but low enough to be seen if they looked up.

//He's absolutely lost it.// Maldius rises from a sitting position and slowly backs up, putting a safe distance between himself and BlackIce. He isn't sure whether to feel pleased or horrified. //He could make an entire army of these for me... but... no, he wouldn't turn on me, would he? I'm his master... then again, being as unstable as he is... I musn't trust him.//

Ivy was still in her cell, fighting back sleep. She didn't feel comfortable sleeping in this place.

The dragon quickly slid down the icy slope she'd been standing on and slowly began making her way towards the ice structure. //I need that book back, Ardens hid the others from me. But one is all I need right now.//

Alfred " we need it to make my...mmm glowing stuff" he chuckled " and since we have it why not just put it to good use and what better way than s'mores!!" He raised up a stick with a marshmallow on it "huzzah!!"
He switched his ears and look up "Oooo ooh look a giant bid!!" He shouted with a big smile

(Hey guys, Ive gotta go for a few. Ill be back around 4 eastern)

"Mister Mac...?" Sherry doesn't understand. She slowly steps away from Macgyver, her ears drooping as she whimpers. "Why are you acting so funny...?"

(Aww, alright, @Turtle! See you!)

Nitika looked up at Crowley, "Is that even a bird?" She squinted, trying to see him better, "It looks a little bit like a dragon..."

Erebus tilted his head up at the mention of a giant bird. Immediately he recognized the dragon who was watching them but decided to keep his mouth shut.

( @Turtle Aw okay...see you later!)

Crowley smirked at the reaction his appearance had gotten and swooped down to land near the group. 'Yo, I smell marshmellows!' he said, grinning toothily. Then, without warning, he leaned in close to Alfred and whispered menacingly. 'I'm not a bird, you little weirdo. I'm a CROWDRAGON.'

(Yssarion: Better watch out, you don't want to get him in a //fowl// mood! *snickers*)

Blackice playing with the liquid dripping from his mouth ".... .it's...all.. dark now....Serene. ..Serene. ..when...are you coming home? .. . sparkly ...lights... make everything... right...no...no..lights...not...no..more. .."
He growled "no...no...just Darkness....and maet..." he slowly turns his head to Maldius and as a twisted smile into a snare "more...meat...."

Maldius narrows his eyes slightly as Mystic flames build in his throat, ready to attack BlackIce if necessary. "That's quite enough, BlackIce."

Alfred smiled " oh sorry my bad! *Chuckles* " you want a marshmallow?" He pat him on the head
Teresa eyes widen not sure what to do

Erebus looked over to where Crowley landed. "What do you want dragon?" He sat up into a defensive position. The last time he had spoken to this dragon it was not a pleasant experience.

Crowley twitched, his chest feathers bristling slightly. 'Uh, yeah, why not,' he replied. 'So long as you haven't poisoned them or anything.' He threw a sideways glance at Erebus as he spoke. 'Heh. We've met before, haven't we?'

Nitika's body stiffened. She didn't exactly like this new dragon. She nervously watched his every move.

Blackice slow got up he moved towards Maldius like a cat stalking it's prey,and growled his Shadow beasts fanned out beside him all looking at Maldius.
Blackice open his mouth with the goo dripping from it "MEAT!" And charged at Maldius

Erebus narrowed his eyes and nodded his head. "Yes, we have met before." He eyed Crowley, expecting him to initiate some kind of fight.

Alfred I'd one of the marshmallows " I don't think they poison" he popped it into his mouth
" I'm pretty sure I'd know by now if it was"

Teresa just blinks and move closer to Nikita

Growling with aggravation, Maldius waits for BlackIce to get closer, and when he's within striking distance, the purple dragon lashes out, grabbing BlackIce by the neck and slamming him into the frozen ground. "How DARE YOU turn on your MASTER!" Maldius roars as he glares down at his servant, the purple flames in his throat threatening to blow Ice's head off.

Crowley grinned at Erebus as he took the marshmallow and casually threw it down his throat. 'Do you want to hear how I met this guy?' he asked Alfred and the others, while jerking a claw over his shoulder at Erebus. 'He fell into a bush and I had to rescue him.'

Erebus sighed and held back a growl of annoyance. "Yes indeed you where my 'hero.'" He said the last part with heavy sarcasm. Erebus turned his head away and looked off into the forest.

Blackice out of range still violently snaps his jaws at Maldius spinning black goo.
Maldius grip on his on his neck choking him began to cough and wheeze he finally stopped flaring around his eyes went back to being yellow *wheeze * "M.. master!" His eyes widened *coughing * "Master...please!" * wheeze*

"Do you think you can beg for mercy after attacking me!?" Maldius tightens his grip on BlackIce's throat, digging his claws into the black dragon's neck. "I ought to tear your eyes out and shove them down your throat!!"

Alfred he laughed " oh that's not too bad! I bet I can bet it!! One time I following a seagull on the boat and I walked off the aside into the water and started to sink! The captain had to stop it and pull me out!! Captain was so mad!!!" Shakes his head laughing to himself " oh!! There's this other time where is working on a piece of the ship and I drop the hammer on a guy's face... but when I do kinda feel bad for" scratch the back of his head and smiled

'You must be pretty idiotic to have had that many accidents,' Crowley commented, stealing another marshmellow. 'I'd share some stories too, but I've never done anything that stupid. Who are you guys, anyway?'

Blackice started to tear up " I don't understand! * coughing*
* I wouldn't..." *wheeze*
"...to attack you master!!" *wheeze* "please!" *wheeze* "Master!!! " he begins to cry

Noxaura perked her head up at the faint sound of fighting on the frostbitten wind but it was beginning to fade. "How high would the chances be that it's the brute we're looking for?" She nodded to herself and picked up the pace.

The purple dragon sighs and releases BlackIce. "I'll give you another chance... but if you ever dare to attack me again, I may not be as forgiving next time." Maldius then turns to one of the corrupted dragons and unleashes the blast of fire that had been meant for BlackIce, uncaring if the dragon dies, survives, or dodges.

(Aaaaaand, I'm late. Lemme catch up.)

Macgyver only growled in reply. He sudenly sprang at her, as if he wasnt even the kind dragon he was a few moments ago.

Scratch left the little dragon and continued to walk around the lair, hearing shouting outside.

Alfred just smile and eat another marshmallow "I'm Na,Na, Na,Na,Na,Na,Na,Na Alfred!, Soooo oo what your stories" he's raises eyebrows playfully

Sherry lets out a shriek as she runs toward the exit as fast as her legs can carry her. "ADRIANNE!!!"

Erebus relaxed slightly and kept his head turned towards the empty forest. He'd trust that crow dragon not to harm any of the camping dragons.

'Alfred? Huh. Weird name,' said Crowley, ignoring the dragon's question. 'I'm Crowley from Aquilam.' He smirked and stuck out a sharp-clawed hand to shake.

(I just misread crow dragon as cow dragon LOL)

Magyver let out an angered roar, and began to chase after Sherry. But the lack of a right arm caused him to trip. The monsterous dragon hit a shelf in the hallway, causing a statue to fall over and shatter into a million peices. This allowed Sherry to get a head start, but Mac quickly got back to his feet. Using his wing as a substitute for his missing limb, he continued to chase the little dragon.

Adrianne hearing Sherry scream came charging over Sherry placing herself between Macgyver and the little Dragonette she growled at him "what do you think your doing!" Hair spines on her back raised

The crazed Mac stopped himself from running into Adrianne. Instead of responding like a normal dragon, he roared. The roar was so loud that it echoed far down the hallways. He snarled again, scraping his claws along the floor like a charging bull.

*Like a bull about to charge* Not "A bull charging"

(Crowley to Lilly: Oh yeah, I'm //definitely// a cow dragon. Call me that again and I'll slice you in half.)

Blackice grab his neck and Began to cough "yes master! " he wiped his mouth looked at the his hands covered in Black goo "..it.. won't happen again!...i..I just. ..need.. read more! I'm sure of it!"
He turned his head and looked at his creatures most of them Dodge the attack but some were caught on fire, one made painful noises as it rolled on the ground before dying

(Welp, I'll just jump in then.){Ardens was on his way to see Mac when he heard the commotion. Seeing Sherry run panickedly from the room, Ardens quickly realized the situation.}"Oh, for the love of-"{Ardens steps in front of the dorrway to prevent Mac from leaving.}

Macgyver circled around, hissing threateningly. He stared at the two dragons, his flaming tail lashing dangorously.

(To Crowley: Oopsie daisy, my bad, I'll be sure to call you by your proper name next time, Cowley

*trollfaces and runs away hurriedly*)

She climbed up another snow drift to get a better view of the frozen area. Looking down Noxaura could see a few dark figures against the white ice and snow. //We need that book. Our plans can't succeed without it. Get it back.// The ring on her finger burned greatly.

(Crowley to Lilly: YOU LITTLE-- *flies after you and tries to kill you*)

{Ardens turns to Adrianne as he enters the room.}"Get Sherry out of here! Now! {He turns back to Mac.}"Fight it, Mac! Who's stronger, you or it?"

Alfred chuckled and did a cheesy smile "nice to meet you! " he put out his on hand much bigger metal hand and shook hands "Oh so your a Aquilam!! That's cool!!"
Teresa put her ears up // so he's from the same tribe as me? I've never seen to mini from my tribe...or really any tribe// she can't help but stare curiously

Maldius huffs, streching his wings as he calmly watches the dragons die before turning to look back to BlackIce. "You have proven yourself... valuable... to me. Come, let us return to my fortress, I have an arena to attend to. Bring our new little friends with us as well, I want... three in my arena. The rest I want as guards to patrol my fortress."

'Yeah, Aquilam.' Crowley met Teresa's gaze briefly, narrowing his eyes, before turning back to Alfred. //They're probably just idiots, but maybe I can get some information out of them,// he mused. 'Listen, have any of you heard about a dragon called Maldius?'

Adrianne nodded her head at Ardens she grabbed Sherry //this is a Aquilam problems to deal with I have to get her out of here!// using her Mass size she bolted Buy Macgyver

Mac growls at Ardens, and begins to back up. He lets out another shreiking roar, backing up farther against the wall. His eyes flicker slightly, and he growls again.

Erebus turned back towards Crowley when he heard his question. "Maldius? He's an Aquilam legend. I've heard stories of him, nothing more."

( @Turtle I was thinking it could give him some level of invisibility, not like Maelstrom's collar though. It just gives Scratch invisibility magic and the "muffle" magic that Maldius uses to prevent anyone from hearing him.)

( @Lilly- Hah, sweet!)

Blackice nodded his head "yes master as you wish! " He rubs his talons together nervously //maybe now I can ask him...for my request...no I should what till we get back...yes.thats what I'll do!//

Sherry looks back at Macgyver as Adrianne carries her away. "I don't get it... he was really nice before..." she whimpers somewhat sadly.

{Ardens closes in on Mac.}"So the answer is IT then, is it? Is your will really that weak? Are you just going to let this 'thing' control your life, hurt your friends, and get you exiled? Fight back, Mac! What if it was Nox confronting you here instead of me? Would you just let her die?"

Mac lets out another roar, but then he blinks and shudders.

"Sherry! Get- get Ardens! S-Shery?"
He notices Ardens standing not far from him. "Ardens! You are- What?" He notices Adrianne and Sherry staring at him. "O-oh no..."

Scratch suddenly perks up, hearing the mind of someone slowly approaching the lair. "Ooooh! A visitor!"

Crowley turned to Erebus and sneered slightly, knowing the black dragon couldn't see his expression. 'Great, you can tell me everything you //do// know about him. Right now.'

Without saying another word, Maldius spreads his wings and leaps into the air, soaring back to his intimidating demense. //I need to be careful around him... what I need is someone who could stay with him, watch him for me while I'm away... but I need Scratch with me, so he can assist me if I am poisoned... again...// The dark dragon considers his options as he glides through the air. //I can't bring BlackIce with me as well, with something as valuable as the book of dark magic in his possession, I can't let him be in harm's way...//

Noxaura watched as the number of dragons decreased. "Was that him...is he really here?" She muttered quietly to herself as she crawled down the slope. //Yes, it had to be him I know it!//

Teresa flinched and turned away when Crowley narrowed his eyes at her. She tapped her talon together nervously //I think one of dad's book had that name in it....//

Alfred had bewildered looks "Mmmm I think I read about a name like that somewhere.." he scratched his head

{Ardens sighs in relief at this.}"..........You did it. At least, I hope that was you. Do you remember anything Mac? Anything from the last five minutes?"

Erebus huffed in annoyance. "I don't know much, just that he was a monster created for war." He lowered his head to rest it on his paws. "And that he tried to kill Aquilam's king."

Blackice quickly bolted after Maldius trying to catch up his Shadow Beast followed //i..I just need to read more! Yes! I'm sure of it!//

Macgyver shook his head. "N-no... I just remember talking to Sherry and suddenly feeling faint and feverish, like what alawys happens before I get those- Outbursts...."

Scratch patiently waits for Blackice and Maldius' return.

Crowley glanced at Alfred as he spoke, but quickly turned his attention back to Erebus. 'So you don't know where he lives or anything? I was expecting you to be more useful. Guess you're nothing but a useless blind dragon after all.' He bared his teeth in a cruel smile, deliberately taunting the other dragon.

Adrianna raised her head and was listening see that it was safe she put
Sherry down

Erebus shrugged indifferently. "Maybe I am a useless blind dragon, it's all a matter of opinion." He shifted his wings to get into a more comfortable position. "I would think that a dragon from Aquilam would know about the end of this famous tale."

{Ardens frowns. //Maybe he did fight it off. Then again, maybe not.//}"Well, you did have an outburst. And you gave Sherry quite a fright. Just spend the day with me, since Nox isn't here. But first, you need to apologise for your behavior."{Ardens begins to walk to the exit.}"C'mon."

Sherry stays close beside Adrianne, her heart still beating rapidly. "Mister Ardens...? Is Mac alright now...?" she calls out nervously.

Alfred frowned his face at Crowley "no need for name-calling" He chuckled to himself just remembering something

'I know way more about Maldius than you do,' Crowley replied. Turning his attention to the other dragons, he asked, 'Oh yeah, one more question. Do any of you know how to use dark magic?' He grinned a little.

(To Alfred: Don't worry, he won't kill you... He'll probably just tear you to pieces. XD)

{Ardens approaches Sherry and Adrianne.}"Yes, little one, he's back in his right mind. I'm sorry you had to see that........He's normally not like that........"

Macgyver watches with torn eyes as Ardens talks to a scared Sherry. He qvoids Adrianne's gaze as he limps up to Ardens.

"I-I'm sorry Sherry, I didn't mean to hurt you... I would never try to on purpose."

"You didn't hurt me, you were just really scary..." Sherry says, timidly taking a few steps closer to Mac. "What happened, though...? Why did you turn scary like that?" she asks, looking between Mac and Ardens.

(Poor AL ':s just don't know what good for him)

Teresa's head still turned away from Crowley her eyes flashed yellow when hearing about dark magic then cool to blue again
Alfred begins chuckling to himself he covers his mouth try not to laugh

Crowley's feathers bristled and he bared his teeth in a horrible snarl. There was nothing he hated more than thinking he was being laughed at. Without any further warning, he leapt at Alfred and pinned him to the ground by his neck. 'What's so funny?' he hissed in the dragon's huge ear.

(I NEED TOAST BRB)

( @Kole I had planned on it, I wasn't sure if Nox was going to try to intercept Maldius or not though :p )

Hearing Crowley's sudden movement he shot up to his feet and faced where the crow dragon was. "Leave the boy alone." He bared his teeth in warning.

(I could do that now if you like Lilly :p)

{Ardens sits down.}"Well, Sherry, you see, Mac isn't well. Occasionally, he has theses.......episodes. When that happens, he's not himself."

Maldius lands before the two great doors of his fortress and uses telekinesis to open them. As he walks into the great structure, he raises his head and calls out for his other servant. "Come to me, Scratch!"

Teresa's turned her head and horror at Crowley she covered her mouth

Alfred did a mocking girly scream "I just remember a funny campfire song" he smiled at him

Sherry fidgets with her claws. "He's not well? Is he sick? Can we help him in any way?"

Scratch snarled, upset that he had no idea where Blackice and Maldius went.

Crowley slowly looked towards Erebus, then back at Alfred. Gradually the gleam of fury in his eyes subsided and he released the other dragon. 'Only because I don't feel like killing anyone today,' he said with a warning snarl at Erebus. He sat down and smoothed out his feathers. 'Well, what's this song? It's bound to be stupid.'

(Oops I was slow)

Scratch hears Maldius and runs to him. "Master, I am here"

Maldius: *throws open the doors of his fortress* Scratch, I'm back!

Scratch: *staring at a wall* Arrrgh, I have no idea where Maldius went! That's so frustrating! DX )

Noxaura's decent sped up until she was running over the ice. Her eyes were locked on the fortress doors. From her perspective she saw Maldius open them, at the sight of him she sped up until she slid to a wary stop by the entrance.

Maldius looks down at Scratch, pleased by his servant's appearance. "How are my prisoners? Are they enjoying their stay?"

Erebus muttered something foul under his breath and settled down into his original position. "I'm sure Alfred's song is lovely."

"Me and others are trying to help, but his condition is very complex and difficult to deal with. Someday though, we'll find a way to cure him."{He then turns to Mac.}"Perhaps sooner than we think."

Alfred smiled "ok!" He cleared his throat who started bobbing his head to the Rhythm

Sherry's ears perk up again, and she smiles. "That's good to hear!" She then walks up to Macgyver and pauses hesitantly before hugging him again. "I really hope you get better soon, Mac. Is there anything I can do to help?"

Crowley stared at Alfred for about fifteen seconds with a blank expression, wondering whether to see the funny side or to rip the idiot dragon's ears off. 'Is that supposed to be an insult?' he asked eventually. 'Because if it was, I might cut you into pieces and feed them to Maldius.' There was a hint of threat in his voice, but otherwise he just sounded bored.

(Poor Crowley, he's had so many insults thrown at him by different people. XD

The song was perfect though. XD)

Macgyver smiled at what Ardens said.

Scratch smiled wikedly. "I fed the donkey an old fox. I think he peed himself, and I can't tell whether it was out of exitement or fear" He laughed hystercally.
"The other one though- I haven't checked up on"

Erebus started chuckling, he couldn't keep back his laughter. "I was right, that WAS a lovely song." He kept laughing quietly to himself while keeping an ear on Crowley.

(It's Alfred he really doesn't mean anything by it it just pop on his head XD )

Noxaura peered inside, she could she Scratch and Maldius conversing. //It's not on him anymore, but he knows where it is, get the book back.// She stood there wondering if she should make herself known or come up with a sensible plan.

Alfred chuckled and Shrugged his shoulders "you what to hear the songs " he tilted his head and smiled
"You wouldn't really hurt a terminally ill kid would? "

Teresa look at Alfred and blink

"Which do you mean by 'donkey'? We've got a starving llama down there, I know, but I thought the other was a disgusting cactus." Maldius grins faintly, imagining Ivy's reaction to being called a donkey. "Now, I know I said I'd have them fight tomorrow, but I'm impatient, and tomorrow takes too long to get here, so I'm going to make them fight tonight. I found the perfect competitors!"

Scrarch whipped around, hearing an unfamilliar mind. "Someone is here..." He hissed. "But I don't know where..."

Crowley had been about to leave, but he turned around at Alfred's words. 'Actually yeah, I would,' he replied. 'But lucky for you, I've got something important to do, so I'm getting out of here.' He spread his wings and took off into the sky, shouting back at the group. 'See you around sometime, or not!'

He quickly headed deeper into the forest, leaving Alfred and the others far behind. He'd just remembered something that he needed to do. //The giant snake guy,// he mused.

Mac smiled. "Just keep on being you. Your cheerfullnes helps"

(Lilly: Sorry, but I don't want her to be left floating in space after I have to leave, so it's best if we save that for next week.)

Alfred chuckled and waved as he left "ok! I'm sure to have some more marshmallows!"

Erebus tilted his head towards Alfred after Crowley flew away. "He didn't hurt you did he?" He tilted his head in a few directions to make sure Crowley was actually gone.

{Vitis sits, coiled around a branch, waiting for any prey to pass beneath him.}

Sherry lets go of Mac and smiles, holding her head high and putting her hands on her hips. "I can do that! That's easy for me!"

(Lilly: Go ahead, I don't mind. :) Besides, Ivy's still recovering from her injuries, so she wouldn't be much use for anything.)

Crowley flew slowly enough to keep an eye on the ground beneath him. He grinned to himself when he spotted the large sinewy green shape wrapped around a tree. 'Hey, worm!' he shouted, circling overhead.

"Someone's here, you say?" Turning his head, Maldius looks over his shoulder back to the entrance.

Alfred chuckled and he twisted it to make sure Crowley was out of range. He brushed himself off of his talents "oh I'm fine. It would take more than...." he paused "...but thanks for ask though!"
He put a marshmallow in his mouth and smiled "so just who was that guy? "

Twist his ears*

Macgyver laughs at Sherry's enthusiasm. "Yeah, you do that!"

Scratch growls, and with a soft click, he pulls out his two matching daggers. The blades shine wickedly as if he polished them. "Yesssss" He hisses.

The ring burned hotter the longer Noxaura stood there doing nothing. She noticed both of the dragons' attention shift from their conversation. She stepped forward slowly "Maldius, I need to speak to you."

(Hopefully I can do more with Ivy next time. It kinda depends on the RP progressing quickly, since as I always have to leave around this time...)

Upon hearing Noxaura's voice, the dark dragon king turns and grins at her maliciously. "Well, well, now isn't this a surprise... either you're here to take back what I stole, or your here in an attempt to challenge me, both of which make you an absolute fool."

Scratch snarles at Nox's apperance. "YOU!" He cried.

( @Crowley By the end of today's RP, I'd be surprised if Ivy didn't have anything to do :p )

Erebus nodded uncertainly. "That dragon is just some low life from Aquilam." He tilted his head towards the sky. "He's just looking for trouble."

(The biggest question is this: Whatever happened to BlackIce and his beasts? XP )

{Ardens smiles.}"Yes, stay cheerful, little one."{He then turns to Mac.}"When you're ready, there's something we need to discuss with Azureus."

{Vitis looks up with a grin.}"Birdbrain! You're back!"

Noxaura stood there with an emotionless expression. "I have no need to challenge you, I just want my book back. You'd never use it to it's full potential."

Alfred he started checking some of the tubing on his arms "Yay... that is the problem with now and this day is intelligent dragon are full of doubt..." he look at Erebus "...and the stupid ones are the ones with confidence"

Crowley swooped down and landed in front of Vitis. 'Yeah. I'm still around. Bad news, though... Prince Turkey has decided to call off our plans in favour of helping Aquilam fight against Maldius.' He cocked his head and waited expectantly for Vitis' reaction.

(Unless Aggron returns very soon, that's probably all I'll have time for.)

Maldius laughs darkly, mildly curious as to Noxaura's attitude. //She's changed somehow.// "And you expect me to just hand it over?"

Noxaura paused in thought, almost as if she was listening to someone. "Yes I do...that book is useless to you especially when you have no knowledge from the other four." She paused again. "Has anyone tried to read it yet?"

Blackice burst through "Master!!! I made it!!!" He stop and looks at Noxaura // did the master get a maid?// and points " who she master? "

"Perhaps... perhaps not..." Maldius slightly turns away from Noxaura towards his throne room, spreading his wings out in an almost welcoming gesture. "By all means, come in, make yourself comfortable... Surely, it must be cold outside, no?"

Maldius then looks to BlackIce. "She is an... accquaintance of mine, nothing more."

Scratch narrowed his eyes at Nox, still keeping his blades out just in case.

Noxaura glared at Maldius before turning to look over at Black Ice. "He read my book, I can see it on him." She frowned slightly. "That's dissapointing, it didn't work on you."

(I have jump out now, before my wifi is turned off. Crowley can reply to anything Vitis says next time, and I'll get Ivy more involved too, hopefully.

"Come here, BlackIce, stand beside me," Maldius orders, before turning back to Noxaura and narrowing his eyes. "If you want your precious book back so badly, I'd assume you would've at least brought something to trade?"

"Like... Your innocence?" He said to Nox before bursting out in laughter.

Noxaura was about reply before she flinched in pain. She nodded subtly and stood tall again, looking at Maldius in the eye. "What's the use of one book when the other four are locked away. While I stand here with the knowledge of all five. You may also want me to remove the curse on your little pet there." She motioned towards Black Ice.

(She's gonna kill you day Scratch)

Blackice keeping his eyes on Noxaura as he walk by her and Stood Beside Maldius his expression was cold

"If you have knowledge of all five books, I don't see why I shouldn't just keep you here instead. Hmmmmm... there's an idea... If you serve me for, say... three years, I'll give you your book back." Maldius watches her carefully.

Scratch watched the three being cold and serious with eachother.
"Oh c'mon can't we just kill her already? This is boring."
He grinned.
"Can I kill her?"

Maldius grins faintly at Scratch. "Patience, Scratch. After this, we'll have a nice arena match."

Noxaura shook her head. "I need the book now. And last time I checked you despise me. Why would I serve you." She glanced at Scratch and growled. "Try to kill me and you'll recieve a fate worse then death."

Maldius sighs, but grins wickedly. "What a pity... and here I thought we could make a deal." The pupils of his eyes glowing bright purple, the dark dragon king slams Noxaura into the ground with his telekinesis. "I suppose I'll have to show you to your new cell!"

"Awwww you wouldn't kill your Boyfriend's dad... Now would you?" Scratch said to Nox.

Blackice step forward his expression was dark he growled "the book is mine! " //what....she... know.... more...more...books. ...more... secrets..dont... you want more?.....Yes....more...i...what....more....// he stop himself

Noxaura groaned in pain as some of her wounds opened again. But soon the pain was ignored as she began to panic. "No please no...I'm sorry, I'm sorry." She kept repeating this but it didn't seem directed towards Maldius. She was trembling in fear of something no one could see.

Maldius chuckles quietly, dragging Noxaura along the ground as he begins heading toward the staircase to the dungeon. "BlackIce! Bring the three beasts and follow me. Scratch, you come along as well." Grinning maliciously at the expected bloodshed, Maldius says, "The time has come to revive my arena!"

(Poor Nox... she went from the frying pan to the fire.)

Blackice expression darkened with a smile //she has meat...dark...meat...I want...more...but...i...need.. secrets...more...she...has...though. ...// his expression changed at Maldius words "yes master as you wish " he snapped his talons and his Beast followed

Scratch jumped exitedly. He looked down at his blades with an evil grin. "These puppies will be k.illing again!"

Noxaura couldn't fight back against Maldius. So she went back to arguing with herself under her breath. "This was your fault you said I'd get my book back. You didn't listen when you had the chance, now you get to go kill some things. You like killing things right? Of course we do!"

The thumping of Maldius' footsteps echoes throughout the circular dungeon as the dark king enters the room. Inhaling, he laughs loudly as he throws Noxaura into a prison cell, using his magic to strengthen the walls beyond what they were previously. After sealing her inside, Maldius walks up to Casta's cell. "The time has arrived, Casta!"

Blackice look at Casta and had a twisted smile

Noxaura curled into a ball and gripped her head with her claws. She kept muttering incoherent words to herself and flinching at the pain her wounds were causing.

Turning slightly away from Casta, Maldius concentrates and uses his Mystic element to manipulate the floor of the dungeon, creating a pit surrounded by a ring of inwardly pointing spikes. After he is finished, the dark dragon grabs Casta by his neck and then throws him into the arena pit. "BlackIce! Have his opponents enter the ring." He commands with a chuckle.

Scratch huffed, pretty dissapointed that he didn't get to fight.

Maldius, noting Scratch's disappointment, rests a paw on his back in a comforting gesture. "I know you're disappointed that I didn't choose you, but I have my own plans for Casta... How about this-I give you my full permission to venture out into the Wastes and kill as many dragons as you like."

Blackice he look at Maldius and walks forward he see the small wingless White Dragon he stood tall with a cold expression//not much of anything....//

The three dark creatures starting to move slowly toward Casta making strange growling noises. One of them Bolton for him run at him with open mouth full of jagged teeth

Noxaura's ears perked up as she remembered something. //You should tell Maldius that, it would make him mad.// She shook her head. "No, I didn't do that." She ignored the sounds of the fight beginning and clutched her head.

"Whatever pleases you." Maldius turns away from Scratch, resting his paws on the smooth sides of the spikes and leaning over to watch the battle better. "Tell me, Casta, do you know what your opponents are?"

The other 2 creatures took off as well, One of the other creatures veered off to try and cut Casta as the first one was hot on Casta heels it snapped at his tail but miss.

"They are what you will become... if you survive." Maldius watches the Beasts carefully, waiting for one of them to come close to severly injuring Casta.

Scratch narrowed his eyes at the battle. //He will die.//

Macgyver began to put the books and scrolls back on his bookshelf. As he moved, he tripped over his tail. With no right arm to stop his fall, he landed on the ground painfully. He sighed and made no attempt to get back up.
"This is hopeless..."

(Lol I kinda forgot about Sherry.)

(Should I have her go back to Mac? I do have one last thing I want her to ask.)

(Back! If only it was night, I could help Casta. But, it's still mid-day.)

Blackice lean over the edge seen the blood his expression darkened he opened his mouth slowly "...meat. .."

One of the beasts ran up beside Casta and grab him biting him on the back of the neck as the other one grab his hind quarters

{Ardens walks into Mac's room.}"Azureus is awake now. Are you ready?"

Noxaura sat up and tore off one of her cleanest bandages. Quickly she dug her claws into her arm and began writing on the clean bandage in blood.
'I'm sorry I was wrong. I need help. Start the plan'
She let the blood pool on the ice floof before before lighting the bandage and blood on fire. She closed her eyes tightly and imagined a dragon and place, with that the message and blood burned away leaving nothing.

Mac notices Ardens at the doorway. "Oh er- Hello! Um, yes I'm ready" He used his wings to help himself up.

Suddenly, the skull of one of the beast explodes, while the second one attacking Casta suddenly has its throat ripped open.

Maldius silently observes, his pupils glowing brightly.

Erwen sat in his room studying a map of Lecra. He heard a crackling and turned to see a burst of silver flames and some bloody rags fall to the ground. He ran over and read the note quickly before burning it to ashes and running out of his room.

(Blackice....my...pet....)

( @Aggron In that case, it's too late for little Casta... muahahaha!)

{Ardens begins to walk to the infirmary with Mac.}"Mac, if you were to be cured completely, what would be the first thing you do?"

(Maldius: [to BlackIce] It wasn't me, it was Casta! He killed your pets!)

( @Lilly Do your worst to Casta. Come nightfall, it will be returned ten-fold. >:) )

"Hmmm..." Macgyver had a true answer, but he was too embarassed to say it. "Maybe say sorry to everyone Iv'e ever hurt. Like bake a cake with rainbows and stuff"

Blackice look over at Maldius and back at the wounded Casta "...meat..." his eyes became dark seen the blood on him he jumped down and slowly walk towards Casta black liquid starts dripping from his mouth "....meat..." his tone was dark and creepy

Erwen, in the process of running didn't notice the blood now covering his claws. He could see Ardens and Mac down the hall. //I don't have time for this.// He ran quicker and when he was upon them he pushed past harshly. "Out of my way!"

//Well, this is amusing.// Maldius crushes the final beast into the ground with telekinesis, just because he can. "Congratulations, Casta... you have triumphed in your battle. BlackIce, give our little friend his... reward." Maldius' eyes return to their normal dark yellow as he grins down at the helpless dragon.

Mac yelped as he lost his balance and fell over again when Erwen pushed him.

{Ardens tilts his head.}"Say sorry? I suppose so. Don't be surprised if they don't accept your apology right away. Just don't get discouraged."{Ardens turns into the infirmary.}

The world of Maldius I meant nothing to him as he charge that Casta sinking his talons into his back he opened his mouth slowly as his fangs extended the black liquid dripping from them, he quickly sunk his fangs into the back of his neck, and smiled taste his blood as he hold on tightly the more he moved

Macgyver grumbled, Crowley popping up into his mind after Ardens spoke. "Your right." He used his wings to stand back up. Mac followed Ardens into the infermary.

{Upon seeing Mac fall, Ardens yells angrily a Erwen.}"Hey! Watch it kid!"{Ardens helps Mac to his feet.}"Are you alright, Mac?"{As he says this, he notices th blood from Erwen's claws on the floor}"Mac, please wait with Azureus. I'll be right back."{Ardens swiftly walks down the hall after Erwen.}

Erwen stops and waits for Ardens, already knowing a lecture was in his future. "I'll apologize later, but I really must be somewhere."

Scratch's eyes widened at this. For some reason he remembered his promise to Ivy. "What are you doing?" He shreiked as he watched Blackice rip up Casta.

Erwen looked down at his claws. "Oh." He thought for a moment. "Would it comfort you if I said hunting?"

{Azureus picks her head up when Mac enters the room.}"Hello, Mac. Please, sit."

Maldius turns his head to look at Scratch. "We've lost some beasts, as you can see... Ice is just replacing them," the dark dragon says with a laugh.

{Ardens narrows his eyes.}"It would if that were the truth. You've always been a terrible liar. What's really going on?"

Erwen paused. "I can't tell you, not now. But there's something I'll need from you. It'll be urgent that comply." He looked around worriedly.

"Oh- Hi!" Macgyver sat down, attempting not to fall over. "Is this a job interveiw? Cause'... Iv'e already got one."

Scratch wached in horror. "This is what your little 'pet' can do?!? Turn dragons into- into monsters?"

Blackice his bit on his neck one last time before letting go blood and black liquid straight from his mouth as he pulled away from Casta he back off and sat down starting to laughs creepily "...look...you...will...be...just like us...a... monster..." he turned his head and looks up out of the pit, and slowly looks back "we...are...all...monster...here...all...of...us...one...big...happy....family...." is tone was dark and creepy

Noxaura collapsed, exhausted from the amount of blood she had lost. Her ring started burning intensely again.

{Ardens just stands glaring at Erwen suspiciously.}"Can't tell me? You're not planning to do anything stupid now, are you? Need something from me urgently? And what might that be?"

Maldius looks down at Casta and BlackIce, a horrible grin twisting his maw. "Yes... in only a matter of minutes, a disigured creature of darkness will be before us, and Casta will be no more." The terrible dragon king pauses a moment before continuing, "If you ever decide to turn your back on me, the same will happen to you. Remember that, Scratch. It could very well be you that's down there."

(*disfigured)

Erwen shook his head. "Stupid no, dangerous...yes." He looked up at Ardens. "I'm going to need the books from you." He pressed his wings up to his sides, waiting for Ardens reply.

{Azureus chuckles.}"No, Mac. You're here because I might have a way to make your curse more managable. And Ardens knows someone who can help give you a new arm. We just wanted to talk it over with you."

Blackice started to Rock back and forth in place "no...no...Serene...wouldn't. ..like...this...but...we...are...family..." he growled he got up and started to pace "....no....she...gone!....she....gone!... she...kill...her!..." be sat down "....she... knows...that...why...." * burst into laughter* spinning blood and black liquid across the floor

{Ardens growls at Erwen.}"Start talking. You're not getting anything from me until you explain yourself."

Mac looked down at his claws. "Okay"

Scratch turned his gaze to Maldius. His eyes were ghostly.
"I'm not dumb enough to betray you..." He hissed.

"Good," the demonic dragon chuckles, "I'd be very disappointed in you if you were." Maldius gleefully watches Casta's transformation, ignoring BlackIce. //I hope Maelstrom is pleased the next time he sees Casta.//

{Azureus looks around.}"Where's Ardens? I thought he was with you?"

Erwen sighed. "We know how to destroy them, and if we do it in time my father's sickness will stop. So will Nox's corruption!" He backed up a bit. "I can't explain everything to you."

Macgyver looked at Azurus. "He was with me, but he ran off to talk to Erwen. It seemed pretty urgent. He'll be back- I think..."

Scratch watched the transformation. "How do you trust him, knowing he could turn you into one any minute?" He said quietly.

{Ardens gives a skeptical look.}"Destroy them? How?"

Erwen began pacing. "I don't have time for this. I need to get ready! She needs me to be ready in time!" He paused and took a deep breath. "She didn't explain completely, but she said I need to help."

"I don't," Maldius replies simply, not looking at Scratch. "He's already tried to attack me like this, just before we came back. It seems you can beat the insanity out of him when he starts acting like this. While I hope it doesn't come down to it, I will kill him if he gets... out of hand." The purple dragon goes quiet out of thought.

"Sounds like Macgyver" Scratch replied silently.

{Azureus gives a worried look.}"Oh. Well, I suppose I can start while we wait. As far as we know, your curse originated from Dark Magic. Which means, I might be able to weaken it with my light magic. If the curse is weakened, you should have fewer episodes. Theoretically. Although, the presence of dark magic means that it might be.....painful for you. Normal dragons would only feel warmth, but a dragon with dark magic would feel horrible burning. But, it could help you, if you're willing to try it."

Blackice shakes his head " no...no...no..." he hung his head "were...are...you...Serene. .." He started dragging his claws on the floor "....there....still...more...meat...."

"You've been in contact with her? What do you mean, needs your help? Is she ok?"

"Ahh, look Scratch, I think he's finished." Maldius begins slowly clapping his paws together. "Excellent work, BlackIce, he looks perfect."

Macgyver hesitated, before answering. "Okay"

Erwen froze. "With all the blood, I highly doubt she's okay. " He looked directly in Ardens' eyes. "She wasn't well last time we spoke, mentally."

{Azureus looks nervously at Mac.}"So, what do you think? Want to give it a try?"

Scratch narrowed his eyes. "Am I supposed to be impressed....?"

{Ardens looks Erwen over while everything begins to click inside his head.}"Where is she, Erwen? Take me to her."

Blackice swings his head over to Casta "....now...you....are... monster...to..." he
tilted his head up and smiles "there...more... meat...more... secrets...yes...more....power...." he growls spreading his wings

(Maldius: [to Ardens] I can't say I like the sound of that. '-' )

Erwen sighed. "She said she was going home, to find an old friend." He looked down the hall towards the exit. "I had no idea who she was talking about."

Ignoring Scratch, Maldius suddenly leaps over the ring of spikes and lands beside BlackIce, quickly grabbing the ice dragon's head and slamming him into the floor with a roar. "BLACKIIIICCCEEE!!"

Macgyver nods. "If it's for the best, I will."

Scratch awkwardly shuffles away. "I'm going to go- Uh- Check on our prisoner!" He quickly bolts away, heading toward where Nox is being held.

{Ardens' irritation begins to show on his face.}"What home? What does she mean? Where is she?"

Erwen tensed. "The place she hatched, where she discovered the books...the king's grave." Erwen began panicking. "She went after the book alone."

{Azureus smiles.}"Ok, Mac. Thank you for agreeing to do this. I hope it works out. Now, where is Ardens? He sure is taking his time."

Noxaura raised her head slightly at the sound of footsteps growing near.

Blackice layout of painful gasp as Maldius slammed him to the floor he struggled violently for a while growling and hissing, before he stop moving and start to cry again

Maldius lowers his head down to whisper into BlackIce's ear. "Didn't we have a conversation not long ago... about what would happen if you turned against me!?" The dark dragon's corrupted voice is filled with anger as he speaks... though he isn't truly mad at all, Maldius is just trying to intimidate his servant.

The wingless dragon walked into the cell room, looking around for their newest prisoner.
"Are you enjoying your stay?" He called out into the darkness.

Macgyver peeked out of the doorway curiously. "Hmmm... I don't know"

{Ardens gives a look surprise}"Kings grave? Went after the....."{Ardens hits the ground hard with his claws.}"Son of a [not nice word]! Maldius! She found him and went for it alone! Do you know where she is? She likely doesn't have long!"

(Mac to Ardens: YOOO DAWG HURRY UP SO I CAN GET MY NEW LEG, BRO)

Noxaura growled. "Oh I won't be here long." She stood up and looked towards where she heard Scratch's voice.

Erwen shook his head. "I only recieved a note, and it's gone now. I thought she was staying at the grave."

{Azureus gets up, wincing in pain with each step.}"I'll go find him. Wait here, Mac."

Blackice cover his head "i--I'm sorry Master ! I'm sorry!" He star to shiver "it just happened! He what blood! b--b--but maybe if I read more I can control it!" He starts shaking in fear " Master! "

Macgyver nods. "Ill be right here- Hah" He watched her leave, suddenly feeling a pang of lonliness.

Scratch laughs. "Oh? Is someone going to save the iddie widdle pwincess? Hah! Well Ardens is very upset at you, or at least through Erwen's eyes he is. So tell me, why did you leave Aqualam again? Your mind is quite... Foggy."

{Ardens' anger intensifies.}"Take me to this cave, Erwen. She might have left a clue. Her life is in our hands now. If we can't find Maldius, she's as good as dead."

Maldius lets go of BlackIce with a sigh. "Very well... I suppose I'll let you live... this time..." Noticing Casta's aggressive behaviour, the dark dragon turns his head enough to watch him. "Ice, our newest... friend... is growling at me, your master. Did something go wrong with your magic?"

Erwen nodded. "Understood, I've been there once, but I know the way." He turned and ran down the hall towards the exit expecting Ardens to follow.

Noxaura growled furiously. "I am no 'princess'. And why does it matter to you why we-I left."

Blackice got up and dusted himself off he look at Casta with a puzzled look "mmm you just we're about to kill me master, so he would be protective of me master ....." he scratched his chin " unless the magic didn't take root fully ...but it might need more time....I still need to read more the book has more Secret I wish to know....master " he looks at Casta and snaps his talons to see if he will clamp down

Scratch laughed. "I was curious as to why you left friends behind. Some are quite devistated..."

{At this moment, Azureus turns the corner.}"Ardens? Where are you going? I thought you were going to talk to Mac?"{Ardens stops.}"I'm sorry, Azureus. Something's come up. I need to help Erwen with something. You have the information. Please tell Mac everything for me. We won't be long."
Azureus:"What's wrong? Erwen?"
Ardens:"He forgot to feed his friend's pet Dire Wolves. They've gone without food for a while, so I'm going to make sure they don't devour him in the process. C'mon, Erwen."
Azureus"wait, wha-"
{Ardens is already halfway out the exit.}
Azureus:"Ok......I'll tell him."

"Hmm... Well, I'll leave you to your study. I expect you'll have him under control soon enough," Maldius says, before slowly turning away and leaping out of the arena pit. He then walks over towards Scratch, curious as to what he might've said to Noxaura.

Erwen was quickly flying towards the north east. He knew exactly where he was going, yet he was worried what he might find.

Noxaura was muttering some insults under her breath. Her ears perk up at Maldius' presence coming near. She took this as a chance to change the subject. "Do you think Maldius will be mad that he can't kill king Lennox?"

(Aww, alright @Kole! It's been fun!)

Blackice watch as Maldius go he turned and look back to Casta // did it not take? What did I do wrong? No.no it's not that...//and walk over he wave a claw in front of his face "Mmmm you look a little different to..." he sat down "you seem to be loyal....or at least to me?"

"Dont toy with emotions, you'll get burned." Scratch growled silently.
He didn't even have to think about Nox's question. "Of course, who wouldn't get upset about finding your enemy is invencible?"

Maldius stops when he hears their conversation, his body becoming tense with anger. //She better just be bluffing...//

{Ardens follows closely behind Erwen. Circling overhead, Ardens sees his bird draugr.//Hmm? he has something to report? I'll have to see after we investigate the cave. Azureus limps back to the infirmary.}"Mac, I'm afraid that Ardens won't be joining us today. Apparently, he had to help Erwen with something. But, I can tell you what he had to say."

Noxaura snickered silently but it soon turned into a full laugh. "Invencible? Oh no no, it's just that someone's going to beat him to it!" She grinned widely...madly.

"Oh, okay" Mac said to Azurus. "So, what did he have to say?"

Erwen could see the cavern in the distance. "Alright, I have no idea what's in there..." He altered his direction and began to dive towards the ground.

Maldius suddenly leaps towards Noxaura's cell, violently throwing Scratch out of the way. The dark dragon glares hatefully down at his prisoner, lightning crackling around him. "WHO'S WORKING AGAINST ME!?" he demands.

{Ardens follows and lands with Erwen.}"Is it that cavern?"

{Azureus continues.}"Ardens made you an appointment tomorrow with a Chrysos blacksmith. She's going to measure you so that she can make you a mechanical arm. You'll be walking like normal again in no time."

Noxaura looked up at him, her grin as large as ever. "I asked for my book back, I was going to fix it, but seeing you like this. I don't really want to anymore." She looked down at the ice and began carving little patterns with her bloody claws.

Macgyver nodded. "Oh, okay... Sounds neat!"

Scratch yelped as he was thrown against the dungeon walls. He quickly recovered, darting back up to the cage. He rattled the bars, bitterly angry. "YOU DIRTY- YOU'VE BEEN HIDING THINGS IN YOUR MIND!" He shreiked. "NO. ONE. EVER. HIDES THINGS IN THEIR MIND FROM ME. EVER"

{Azureus smiles at Mac.}"Ok, I'll give you your first treatment tomorrow morning, then Ardens will take you to your appointment. Sound good?"

Erwen nodded, he slipped through the small entrance and slid down into the cavern. When he got inside he looked around in shock. There were one sided conversations written on the walls in blood and body parts of animals and dragons scattered on the floor along with Nox's notes.

Macgyver nodded. "Sounds great!"

Scrach roared. "Iv'e always ventured into YOUR mind! But there is nothing interesting, nothing worth KNOWING! And you- you ARGHH!"

"What are you hiding from me!?" Maldius growls, absurdly enraged at the idea of someone killing Lennox before he does.

{Ardens follows. Upon seeing the mess, he give a look of true concern and mumbles under his breath.}"My god....I should have done something."{Ardens notices the notes scattered across the floor.}"Erwen, look through these. they might have a clue."{Ardens begins to gather some notes.}

Noxaura curled up on the ground in a laughing fit. "The king had bloody telepathy, I learned how to shield my mind from your kinds of magic." She sat up smirking. "Aww is the widdle dragon mad?" She turned to Maldius, a serious look on her face. "I'm a dark magic user, anyone who reads my books without my permission gets cursed. It's what I do."

{Azureus smiles.}"Ok, good. What will you do in the meantime?"

(Maldius: *explodes from sheer rage*)

Scratch let out a bitter roar. "You are going to die here. Mark my word!" He cried, before spinning around and walking away, his tail lashing with each step.

Erwen nodded and began sifting through the notes. He looked up and noticed a certain line of words on the wall. "'I saved you now you help me, get me my books back, use the ring, I'll lead you there.' Ardens? What is this?"

(Is the eggplant getting mad?)

"Hmmm..." Macgyver thought for a moment. "I don't know... Probably start writing apology letters. My guess one is going to be very longgggggg...." He paused. "If they even want to listen...."

{Ardens looks up at the wall.}"Ring?" "Lead you there?""Get my book?" Wait, Erwen, the dark magic books, didn't Nox say that Aquilam's first king wrote them?"

Violently angry, Maldius tears down most of the prison bars, one of them he twists into a terrible, ridged spear, which he viciously drives into Noxaura's shoulder. "How //DAAAARRRREEE YOU// insult MEE!!!" he roars, his eyes now glowing with a mad, yellow light. "HOW DAARRREEEE YOOOUUUUUU!!!"

(BlackIce, you probably want to stay down there in the pit... it's probably safer down there. e-e )

(Blackice ..I think your right .....put head back down slowly..)

Noxaura roars in pain. "You shouldn't do that. You'll need me eventually." She winced in pain and tried to pull out the spear.

Erwen nodded slowly. "The king was corrupted, the magic destroyed him. He was buried and sealed here."

(You all get cookies!)

Macgyver curled his tail around his body. "There are just so many dragons Iv'e scared... So many that think I'm a bloodthirsty monster. I feel terrible. I promised myself that it would stop, but it never does. How can one simple sorry change everything?"

(Alfred yes!!!! I love cookies!!! I told you so

(Malice to Maldius dragon are such a pain...)

{Ardens looks down.}"No, not destroyed. Not completely. Seems to me that he bound himself to a ring. I think he's tricked her into wearing it and now he's trying to take her body from her. That would explain her unusual behavior."

"I don't care, I can do everything just FINE WITHOUT YOU!" Maldius roars, his throat glowing purple from the fire within. There isn't anything he can think of, no method of torture gruesome enough to satisfy his fury. He's about ready to give Noxaura a face-full of fire when he notices something glittering on her paw. Maldius quickly lets go of the spear in Nox's shoulder to nearly crush her paw. "What's this?" he growls. "A ring?"

{Azureus limps over to Mac and pats him on the back.}"You can't think that way, Mac. It's not your fault. Just apologize to them, that's all you can do. Who cares if they don't accept it. All that matters is that you get well."

Scratch suddenly turns around at the mention of a ring. He walkes back up to Maldius' side, stepping in a small pool of blood on the way.

Macgyver looks back up at Azerus. "I guess you are right. I feel like an idiot acting all pitiful"

Noxaura looked down at her paw. "Why yes it is. And before you try, it won't come off." She looked up at Maldius' furious face. "Why would you care?"

Erwen looked down. "She's in more danger with that beast in her head than being with Maldius, if anyone could be more dangerous it's that monster." He looked through a pile of notes again, looking for some kind of answer.

(Maldius to Erwen: I'm offended by that remark.)

(Mac to Nox: You need a hugggg *Magically appears in her prison cell to give her hugs* )

Maldius grunts. "I was hoping it would be a special ring that you cherish, so when I take it off and burn it, you'll get upset. Or, maybe it's a magic ring." He pauses a moment before asking, "I can rip your claw off, can't I?"

{Azureus smiles warmly}"It's ok, just have a little confidence in yourself."

Scratch grins and takes out one of his daggers. "Could I do it?"

(Mac to Maldius: You need a hug toooo *Hugs him bUT THEN STABS HIM WITH A POISONED KNIFE* hahAHAHA!!! *Turns to nox, with a super hawt morgan freeman voice* I have come to save youuuuu)

Noxaura's turned raspy. "You touch this dragon and you'll face the wrath of a king you lizards." Nox coughed her voice shifted back to normal. "I wouldn't, really. I can help you like this more than I can without that ring. I can change the curse, on Lennox."

{Ardens remembers the bird draugr.}"I'll be right back. Keep looking for clues."{Ardens begins to leave the cave.}

Scratch grinned down at Nox. "Betraying Aqualam are you? Ohhh the looks of their faces if they knew"

Maldius suddenly calms down as realizations start to click in his mind. He carefully lets go of Noxaura's paw. "Scratch, don't touch her," he orders before studying Nox's face silently. "I'm looking into they eyes of two dragons... one is Noxaura, I know... but who is the other?"

Scratch hisses, but quickly throws his knife towards Nox. It plants itself into the ice walk behind her only a quarter of an inch off from hitting her head.

Noxaura glared at Scratch hardly flinching at the knife thrown. "They betrayed us first. I want to show them pain." She turned to look at Maldius. "Someone from a long time ago."
Erwen nodded and began collecting the notes scattered around.

"SCRATCH!" Maldius glares down at his servant maliciously. "Leave the dungeon, now. That's an order!"

And oddly, the knife apoears back in Scratch's hand as if it was never thrown. He looks a the two, before letteing out a grumble. "I trust that this dragon won't kill you Maldius. I'm going to go... explore." He turned around and walked away.

Maldius watches his servant leave, then turns back to Nox, narrowing his eyes suspiciously. "And just what do you plan to do with your book once you have it?"

{Once Ardens gets outside, he walks a safe distance away. The bird draugr lands in a nearby tree}"Report."{The bird draugr begins to speak.}"I have investigated that puke-green outcast as you asked. And she led me to our number one target. Maldius' fortress."{Ardens pauses for a moment, then grins evily.}"Excellent! Where is it?"
Draugr:"In the frozen wastes. Can't miss it."
Ardens:" Of course, how could I have not seen it? You have done well. Go to Theseus. Tell him to assemble our best warriors. Come nightfall, Maldius will rue the day he left that barren rock."{As the draugr flies off, Ardens re-enters the cave.}"Find anything yet, Erwen?"

(Oh man, is Maldius going to have an army of draugr at his doorstep?)

Erwen shook his head and turned to Ardens. "Most of the pages have been stained in blood or torn, otherwise it's just notes on the books."

Noxaura tilted her head. "I was going to increase the power of my curse, to kill Lennox." She looked at Maldius with faint confusion. "Why are you so cautious all of a sudden?"

Maldius doesn't reply, but silently stares into Noxaurra's eyes, as if trying to read her mind. He doesn't want to admit that the thought of ancient dark magic being used against him unnerves him. He still has memories of when he was a dragonet, when his master, Fayveer, would torture him with dark magic, sometimes the said magic would make him feel unbearable pain all throughout his body, yet without wounding him physically... The purple dragon's body tenses up as he recalls those memories, and his tail twitches anxiously, but he clears his throat and speaks. "What do you want Lennox dead for?"

Noxaura thought for a moment. "It was originally part of our plan to end everything, with the hier's light magic. But now, the king's a threat to me, he wants me dead." She looked down at the ice. "I was tired of living in a cage and...the temptation from dark magic was too much to resist. So I learned how to master playing with curses." She grinned. "It's fun."

The fact that this dragon manipulates curses makes Maldius even more uncomfortable. "I'm sure it is..." he mutters under his breath in response. "And just what do you plan to do with me?"

Noxaura held back a laugh. "//Do// with you? What could I possibly do to you? I may be a dark, curse manipulating dragon. But I'm no threat at the moment. I told you I'd help, as long as I have my book." She grinned widely.

{After searching through all the notes, Ardens turns to Erwen.//I know where Maldius is, and likely Nox as well, but if I tell him, he'll want to leave right away. Just the both of us won't be enough. I need to go with the draugrs. Otherwise, we'll just die.}"I don't think anything's here. How deep is this cave?"

//Once she gets the book, she'll be a threat. Only saying that to get the book.// Maldius narrows his eyes with doubt. "How can I trust you? How do I know you won't turn on me once you have your book back?"
