An entry for #H05bookcon

A penguin wearing a red coat, gloves(mittens?), and a party hat. It looks like a Mario or Kirby fan character that was made in ten minutes, so please feel free to edit it's design as much as you'd like. The personality and name is up to you, just don't completely claim as your own.

Please note that I'm the worst at making original characters, and it may look too similar to something that already exists, so it you'd have to change the design to use it.
