@ZombieKing Its fine I understand and thank you for taking the time to talk with me I'm greatful!!
Well I was wondering do you have any tips with trying to block out voices and seeing stuff I suffer from Psychosis and I'm finding it really hard to cope with..?
Re: Okay, For me I listen to music at a somewhat loud volume. This can help with the brainchatter/ voices. For visual things, I normally try to touch them or stare directly at them trying to see through them. This sometimes makes them fade into the background. But i normally don't have solid visual hallucinations. Mine kinda flicker in and out like a jumpscare in a videogame, split second visions. But when they start to pop up on a loop I shake my head or say "Stop" and they seem to fade. Sorry if i'm of no help. I normally have tactile hallucinations more than visual/ auditory.
