With Lombardi when you try to talk to him he blocks you immediately so I don't think it was possible to do something or react xD
Being trans is not wrong, same for cis. We born like this and we don't choose it. The real "bad persons" are transphobic, but they usually don't like transgender people because they don't understand it and they find this weird. The real solution is to talk to them.
Don't let anybody tell you that being cis is something wrong. It's oftenly some trans people like Lombardi who suffered too much and who became hateful who say that. But it's not their fault either... The pain and anger turned them like this.
