Uh, I know most of you probably think this is wrong, so I am sorry. Let me explain the dress: When Delta became human, she didnot have any clothes. She broke into a child's clothes store and found a dress. Of course it did not fit her well, but she was a cat-person and she assumed it was normal. That is why it looks inappropriate, though it is not. I will post a picture of her full dress later.
