This is one of my mermaid OCs. It's been too long since I've drawn a mermaid, and this picture doesn't really count. I got an urge to draw something like this when I saw a pic by @higashi of their character who has a similar hairstyle.

Interesting lighting... perhaps the blue hair highlights come from the surface of the ocean?

whoa.. the lighting is really cool. also, this is an odd thing to say, but i really like the shoulders and collarbones.

The shoulders and collar bone is awesome. I practice daily on that lol... im not the best at it.
