I gave #Mephy a little redesign. Just small things like colored fingertips, removed his mood ring headphones, removed his neck, and gave him a more bear-like nose.

Basic Personality: Jokey, silly, sweet, kind, studious, imaginative, doggedly loyal, makes quick judgements, short tempered, and impatient.
History: He was created by G.U.N. to combat Project Shadow whenever the need came. He was finally completed when Sonic was born. Project Iblis was made just a year ago. (cont.)

Project Iblis( #Retroire) was created to combat Project Shadow as well, but it was too glitchy and wasn't able to comprehend complicated commands. Project Mephiles was his successor. He turned out to be more of a pacifist when they found out that mixing him with flicky dna didn't give him any powers, so they gave him the Core Pearls; lab-created power infused gems that channeled the psyche akin to a fake Chaos Emerald. Mephy doesn't use the cores often though. Project Solaris( #Ochra) is his successor. She was made to be a general and use the Core Pearls.
