I lost motivation for this like half way but I still wanna post it because-!!

Nixie has several fences all across the continents, but this guy is particularly important (and d0uchey!)
He's unnamed (for now) but he's Nixie's main fence and he usually tries to trick her into various things. An all around awful person. Nixie is contemplating stabbing him and taking all of his money, probably.
(Most of the money she makes goes in the warfunds chest, but no one knows that.)
