I really like your style! The only thing is I don't know what this lady is looking at or really feeling. Her expression looks kinda vacant-ish to me. Though, I really love how you colored the hair and skin. Try giving her more of a 'personality' in her face and body language, and have something going on for her shoulders. Or you could give her a thoughtful expression with her head tilted a bit and have her hand on her face. Just not such a vacant look. Give her something to do.
