Lumio is an young adult Lumiriel that works as bartender in the weekdays mornings in a space cafe in orbit of the Luminous Planet. Whilst in the weekends, he works as a bartender in a space club placed nearby a heavily trafficked part of space not far from the planet.
Despite his species being biologicaly hermaohodite, he identifies himself as male. This confuses other species a lot but Miok doesn't mind since it is common to his fellow Lumiriel.
Miok met Areli when Miok was participating in a class field trip to the Luminous Planet(where Areli is born) Miok was studying a bunch of strange glowing grasses until he almost got eaten by a large sepent like creature which happens to be Areli's familiar/companion
