I love Pearl... I relate to her a lot.
Her song in that episode was incredible. You could hear the pain masked by the beauty,... Gosh, what a performance.
And then asking "Isn't it?" is so meaningful because yes, the incident TECHNICALLY is over, but it really isn't over for her. She's still stuck there emotionally.
... Yeah.
