Congratulations! My sister has a shiny Palkia too! She used to have all Level 100 shiny Palkia, Arceus, Empoleon (Not Shiny), Shaymin, Luxray (not shiny), Rapidash (not Shiny) and Chatot (not shiny), but lost her Pearl Version five years ago...

Looking at Shiny Palkia makes me sad... I remember my lost Pearl Version, my first Pokemon game! See above comment for my losses...
