Its a deepsea Drakiln (closed)
no subspecies name yet i was going to let you choose.

these drakiln have vestigial wings that are now fins. They normally live in extreme depths and their fins glow slightly. They have four eyes the top two can see but the second are extreamly sesitive to light. They are lone hunters except for when they find their mate, with which they stay with for life.
