I Finally thought of a name for this guy and decided to put him in Nano Warrior,
Xiel (pronounced like Ciel) comes from 19-20 years in the future and is the son of one of the main cast...oh who you ask? I'm not telling but here's a hint.

His Father has Blond hair and his Mother has Grayish White and you can tell by his eyes too and the Colors he wears, and the torn scarf is from his Grandfather, you'll be surprised. Also he uses Telekinesis.
