"Wha-aaat?" the gryphon was so taken aback and worried about this punishment that he stepped back in astonishment. "I can barely go an hour without eating anythi-i-ing!" he blubbered, tears streaming down his face.

"Well suck it up!" the fox lady yelled. She looked to her right and said under her breath, "I can't believe he bought that..." she smiles devilishly.

"Those ladies were really nice though." he looked down sadly. Then, he perked up. "Oh yeah! They got me this." he pulled the cucumber sndwich out of his neck fur abd brushed it off. "I'm gonna save this for later." he tucked away again.

"Listen, I'm just looking out for you. The way you describe them sounds like what the boss wants. So you better grab them or else." the fox yelled.

"Or else what, Palmy?" he asked.

'Palmy' smacked her forehead in anger. "No food for a week! That's what!" she screamed her head off until he finally left.

Core, Copper, Platinum, and Darkness scurried around the hallways.

They were searching for a database they could use to find information on Dr. Robotnik's robot shell. Also they had to avoid being caught by Bonfire, but that wasn't very worrying to them.

(Sorry for it being cut off so much, I'm having a busier day than I thought!)

Then, Core found a computer room. The screen was twice as tall as the gryphon, and thrice as wide as he was tall. Core nearly had a nerdgasm over it, but she kept her cool and took a deep breath, laying her fingers on the keyboard. She slowly started to lay her finger on the power key and suddenly when she did, a steel door dropped down where the came in.

"Nonononono!" Core screeched, pounding on the door.

The screen flickered on, and there was only a picture of a red Egg Army insignia.

"Ohohoho!" a haughty voice chortled. "You fell right into my trap!"

Core recognized it immediately. "Eggman! What's going on here?" she yelled at the screen. She ran over to Copper who had Platinum on her hip and hugged them defensively.

"Core? Is that you? Oh it's been so long. We must catch up over a spot of tea. How's Shadow?"

"Dead!" Core replied. "Now why are we here?"

"I was trying to get your little friend here roboticized, but it seems I'll have to get you and your little buddy, too."

Core stiffened. She tried totalk but nothing came out. Copper put a hand on her shoulder and rubbed it reassuringly.

"What's wrong, Core?" she asked.

"Robots and roboticizers don't mix." Core managed to get out. It was very quiet and worried, though.

"Why does that matter? It'll just break my titanium glove I guess." Copper said, eyeing her hand.

"Copper! I'm made of metal!" Core whined. "My skeleton is fully made of steel. No part of me is organic! I'm no better than a Shadow Android."

"We need to get out of here." Copper gulped.

A timer appeared on the screen in front of them. It was for five minutes.

"WHAT! That's how long it will take to warm up the roboticizer?" Eggman yelled at the machine.

"Copper! Quick! Use your lava powers to melt down the door!" Core commanded her girlfriend.

"It's too much trouble to repair, I'll just create a worm to destroy it." Copper said, raising her hand into the air. A fiery Iblis Worm rose from the ground.

The mink pointed at the door and the worm attached itself to it, melting the door away.

"Welp. We did it." Core said, wearing a huge grin.

"Yeah we showed that egghead!" Copper high-fived Core.

"Oh wait a minute! I had to turn off the microwave. Now all the power's going to the roboticizer." Robotnik said.

Copper ran out with Platinum and his chao, but Core was shot with a beam that came out of the middle of the keyboard.

"Shoot. Wrong one." Robotnik groaned.

Copper's eyes went wide with horror. She ran back to Core and held out her hand. "CORE!" she screamed at the top of her lungs.

Everything flashed white.
