So here's Michael and Laura. No, he's not FilthyFrank. And he's the youngest of the Halok brothers.
They were wealthy and lived with Joe in the GraveYard Realm, but when Joe took over the realm fell into poverty, causing them to give up Justin and move to the OceanCity Realm. They're very nice though and regained their wealth.
