When her 'wings' show she means business. They're invisible to all but spirits or the spirtual.
They're connected by her claws and are worked like puppets following her hands.
The wings are made of spirtual claws that will tear their targets souls from their body and shear skin and bone.
With them she can battle demons and fly. But doing so shows her spirit and makes her vulnerable

Re: Aww, thanks. Live action to me is a bit dull because animated characters take me out of the real world. You can see a real person behind the character in live action, but you see someone new in animated films. Zootopia was awesome! I loved it so much!!!
And by the way, I really love the detail in your artwork!
