When she was just six her mother died of an unknown condition. Zeni still remembers how she died very vividly because of a constant nightmare that always reminds her. A few years later when she was ten her father brung her to the clinic. She is in the asylum because she has done self harm. She is looking for people to become friends with.

She has insomnia beacuse of her nightmares. She does not want to sleep because of it. And also has panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder due to seeing her mother die. If she has a nightmare she wakes yelling for her mom. She carries a puzzle around and gives it to others to try and solve it.
