My reasons: people have DIED playing this already, the govt uses the tracking services to get into your HOME. And this is just a theory, but when legendary hotspots become a thing, creeps will use them to kidnap unsupecting kids

In my opinion, its the people's fault for getting hurt. It clearly says to be aware of your surroundings when its loading. Its just the way it is, and if those people were stupid enough to not read or go driving in a car while playing it, well, they seriously must be stupid, it doesn't even work when your in a car. But thats just my personal opinion. Probably no one will agree with me.

I'm mostly playing the app to wait for Pokemon Sun and Moon.
I honestly kind of like Pokemon GO, it helped actually want to go outside for once and helped my family become closer with our love for Pokemon. But I totally respect your opinion.
