My computer is a laptop too I had to turn down a couple settings and put it on borderless windowed, and it runs fairly well. I've gotten lag at times and it used to crash a bunch (but not so much anymore)
I also make sure I don't havebanything running in the background (like battlenet) bc that makes it run a loooot slower
