He was Dr. Robotnik's prized possession. It doesn't matter now though. He's gone, just like every other android. Save a few.

After Metal Sonic was clearly surpassed by his android brethren, he was turned into a database for the badniks and androids. If she could rebuild this machine, she could find the Shadow Androids' weaknesses, and even better yet, she could find Dr. Robotnik's shell, the android he downloaded his mind onto.

Core opened the door to her mansion and was greeted by an overly excitable red cat.

"HALLOA!" the siamese cat yelled exuberantly. She held a microphone up to Core's muzzle. "What's your name?"

"C-Core... Who are you?" the tenrec asked, scared and confused at the same time. She looked behind the cat and saw multiple people. In her house. Filming things. Things that anyone could watch. Anyone. Like Shadow Android. Oh no.

"Ma'am you need to-" Core tried to say before getting cut off by the cat.

"That'sa nice name! I'm Harper!" she looked around slyly. She put her hand beside her mouth as if she was going to tell Core a secret. "Did you know your house was haunted?" she whispered.

"No. Miss Harper, my house isn't haunted, I assure you." Core walked over to the cheetah who was filming her and tried to put her hand over the camera. Before she could get the chance, a blue border collie dragged her away by the arms.

"Hands off! Who are you people?" Core screamed. Then, she spotted Elias talking to a pink chihuahua. "Elias!" she screeched, briefly gaining his attention before Harper walked in front of his view.

"I'm glad you asked! We're-"

"TEAM SUPERNATURAL!" Everyone yelled together. They had to have been doing it for a while because they were in perfect sync.

"Team Supernatural, sound-off!" Harper commanded her teammates.
"Saikou the Psychic!" a grey burmese kitten said. She stayed close to Harper.

"Shina the Camera Woman!" the cheetah said.

"Pequenyo the Technician!" tthe pink chihuahua said.

"Elias, Bodyguard Number One!" the white ferret said.

"Reprah, Bodyguard Number Two!" the collie said.

"Hi, I'm Bob." a tasmanian in the corner said. He seemed to be trying to stay in the shadows. Camera shy, probably. "Wait, can I redo that? I was just joking, my name is Me-"

"And I'm Harper the Leader!" Harper finished it off.

"Okay. Well, Saikou, Shina, Pequenyo, Reprah, and Bob, you can get out of my house because it's not haunted." Core said. "Elias, we need to talk."

"B-But! There are dangerous poltergeists here!" Harper gasped. "Don't you want them gone? We have a special home for ghosts."

"There is no ghost!" Core yelled, frustrated.
Harper, now angered by the denial of a ghost, snapped her fingers. "Saikou, get me the readings on the machine."

Saikou did as told and brought Harper a large scroll of paper.
"Ahem. You seem to have a level ten poltergeist in your home. It'll take at least five hours to get it out."

"I'm sure I can deal with it mys-" Core was suddenly shushed by Harper.
"Do you hear that?" she asked. There was a sound like rattling chains.

"Okay, that's probably the washing machine." Core said.
It was a lie. It was likely one of her inventions which converted water into electricity. Then, the lights went off. She heard a girl scream. When they turned back on, Bob was holding onto Reprah with a scared expression.
"See! There is one! This is bad. Tsk tsk tsk." Harper tutted.

"I can handle it myself." Core grunted.

"You know, you're a pretty weird lady. Why're you holding that helmet?" Harper asked. "Also, this is free of charge."

Core rolled her eyes and yelled in frustration, stomping off towards the basement where her lab was.

"Wait!" Harper yelled after her.

"What?" Core asked, fed up with Team Supernatural.

"I wouldn't go down there, basements are usually the most haunted places in a house." Harper cautioned.

Core scrunched up her face in anger. She took one step down the stairs while watching Harper's expression. She took another. The cat was getting noticably angrier at the tenrec.

"Core, please get back you don't understand!" Saikou yelled.

Core came back up. "No, YOU don't understand! I've lived here for years. There is nothing here!" she gestured to the basement.

Then, all of a sudden, Harper ran up to Core and pushed her down, making Core drop the Metal Sonic head. It was damaged by the fall. Not too badly, but it's data chip might've been busted.
"Get off me." Core growled.

"I just saved your life!" Harper said, shocked by Core's hostility. The cat pointed at the wall next to her. There was a singe mark. Core looked to her right. There was literally a floating laser gun.

Core got out from underneath Harper and tried to tackle the gun to the ground, but found herself unable to. It floated away and began shooting at the rest of Team Supernatural.

Core tried shooting flames at it with her fire powers, but Harper tackled her.

"You can't show signs of hostility to a ghost! That makes it worse!" Harper exclaimed.

"But it's attacking your friends!" Core replied, taken aback.

"Saikou can handle it." Harper said.

Metal Sonic head, burning it up in flames. Now that data chip was almost definitely gone. Core looked at Harper withtears in her eyes. The cat nodded sadly. Core had to trust her.

Saikou suddenly sprouted pink, glowing wings. Her eyes also glowed. She began mumbling something unintelligible. Finally, Core could make it out as she got louder.

"SPIRIT OF THE UNDERWORLD, SHOW THYSELF THROUGH MINE OWN EYES!" the grey cat chanted until she had to take a deep breath.

"Is she okay?" Core asked.

"Yes, she's letting the ghost possess her so we can talk to it." Harper explained. "I've never seen a ghost this hostile though. This might not go well."

Saikou looked down, and when she looked back up, she began giggling in a high pitched voice. When she opened her eyes, they here blood red with yellow irises. They were round as opposed to the natural oval shape.

"Oh no." Harper said looking at the possessed Saikou. "I know who this is." she ran over to the grey cat with a worried expression. "Freeling! Get out of my friend!" Harper yelled at the ghost.

"What happened to peacefully helping ghosts?" Core quipped.

"This is diffefent. I know this one." Harper replied.

"Thanks for the oppurtunity of a mortal body." Freeling giggled.
"Not for long!" Elias rushed over and began charging a laser in his palms, but he was thrown away into the wall by Freeling.

"Where's the rest of your dumb posse?" Harper interrogated the ghost.

"Funny you should mention them." Freeling said ominously.

Suddenly, there was an explosion in Core's basement lab. Core watched as all of her work went down the drain and half her mansion went down in flames.

Copper was gonna be so pissed when she got home.

"What in the holy h-e-double hockey sticks happened here?" a brown mink stepped in the door. Speak of the devil.

Then, five shadows emerged from the basement's smoke. Core sat back in shock.

"Did you get everything?" a fox asked his teammates. The other four nodded.
"Shawn." Harper growled.

"Harper." Shawn smirked.
Core crawled away towards Copper. "Let's get out of here." she whispered. Copper nodded while staring at the feud tthat was about to take place. The mink picked her girlfriend up bridal style and carried her out of the burning house.

Team Supernatural definately succeeded in one thing: ruining Core's plans. Let's hope nothing like that happens to her again!
