He's a Time Wolf. I saw no one had used that tag yet so im making it yet another "new" species. It will be a closed species so if u want one urself u have to ask me first.

Additional info: The Time Wolf's r a special "race" that can stop, speed up and slow time for a short period. They r chosen from normal wolfs or other wolf-ish species.
