Things might be coming in slow.
I jammed my right thumb [i'm right handed]pretty bad last thursday and i'm not big on using pain killers .. but i got better the swelling went down
Til today in the beginning of weightroom all i was doing was stretching and i guess i put too much of my weight on my hand and i swear i saw my thumb pop out. it sucked
all i could do in weightroom was back exstension, abs and lunges.
I'M SO DISSAPPOINTED
and i'm sorry ..

That's terrible bro. I hope you're doing a little better now. Try heating up a wet washcloth in the microwave and put it in a baggy/plastic bag and hold it on your hand. If it's too hot put it in a pillowcase. Some heat might help soothe the pain a bit.
