(This is the only art app I've ever had, and I have no idea how I managed to draw on the original 3DS, it's so tiny compared to the XL)

( @pedro: But the thing about the XL is that the number of pixels in its screen are the exact same as the original 3ds' - they're just stretched out)

(Ya'll start without me. Our guests are about to leave, so I would like to see them off properly. And maybe make an attempt to kidnap and keep their dog.)

Malakai stood there for a moment, tapping his chin with his index finger, "Hmm" he reached into his back pocket and pulled out cash, dropping it into the sand "Adara you go buy some new clothes, I'll find a way to stop Toren from killing Raven" he turned and sprinted through the trees

Toren continued to make his way through the crowds of people. Still unaware of what had become of his precious heirloom, but slowly picking up on ravens trail.

Sirius had been away from everyone in the group and lost track of time, he found a fish eating contest and ended up winning a large cash prize.
Which lead to more eating.

Malakai kept sprinting full bore through the trees, he was panting heavily as he ran. "Raven! You stupid overgrown pest! Where are you?" he stopped to catch his breath and listen

Toren let out a sigh. one moment he ran into malakai and the next he had disapeard. he grumbled to himself as people moved out of his way.

Malakai reached the edge of the Porthouse, close to the Market place he stood there looking around, //Where is he?// he growled to himself, trying to pick up Raven's scent

Sirius was finally full after what was enough food for 4 families.
He finally took a moment to realize that he had no idea where any of the others were at the moment.

Malakai picked up Raven's scent, he started to follow it when he noticed Toren following it too. He ran his fingers through his hair, panic flaring in his chest, //What do I do? What do I say!?// he squeaked in fear, pacing in a small circle

Toren picked up on a different scent nearby, /malakai?/ he thought as he glanced around. there was no way he would see him amoungst the taller crowd, but he could definitly smell him.

Malakai exhaled sharply his breath shaky, //Calm down// he started following Toren, soon having to follow his scent through the crouds. He stepped past a large man and landed right infront of Toren, "Hey, fancy seeing you here" he smiled awkwardly

Sirius decided the best decision was to go back to the beach to check if anyone was there.
On his way there he was distracted by a street vendor selling various items. What caught his eyes were some goggles. They looked neat, he bought them thinking they could have a use at some point in time. Like most things he just stuck it in his pocket and it disappeared into the endless void as if they never existed.
He kept on walking back tryining his best not to give in to temptation and buy more random items from various items.
(Sirius is like one of those kids who wants all the 'cool' things and a flea market and looks at everything)

"Malakai? you ok?" Toren looked down at malakai, something seemed off. he had picked up on malakais shakey voice and attempts to cover it and squinted slightly.

"Mhmm yup, follow me, I know where your sword is turns out Raven didn't have it" he lied, turning he waved Toren to follow him, away from Raven's scent and away from the busy streets

(Alright, I'm back, and finally in my 3ds. Allow me some time to catch up.)

Sirius kept on walking until he caught a familiar scent. Malakai was nearby, and if he could find him maybe he would eventually find the others too. He followed the scent. He eventually paused to see what direction it was going at a cross road. As he sniffed the air someone bumped into him from behind.
It was a relatively young looking man. He glared at Sirius angrily telling him "watch where you're going dumbass," Sirius ignored this like any normal person would and kept on walking along.

//Alright,// Raven thought as he stood at an intersection in the town street. //So the dragon can't hurt me for selling his sword because I know what the merchant looks like. But I might need some physical evidence to back me up, should anything go wrong.// After a pause, the centaur reached into one of his saddlebags and retrieved the golden necklace he had received. //This was received from the guy...// When Raven examined it closely, he discovered a little etching on the back of it. It appeared to be some kind of insignia from some place or group. //Maybe the symbol tells where this item comes from, which means we can find out where the guy gets his merchandise. This could work.//

Sirius atempted to keep following the scent but with a mix of many other scents in the air he couldn't track it properly. He decided to just stay put and hope that he would encounter someone.

(Third times a charm! dont cut out on me internet!)
Toren flatened his ears down. He could tell something was wrong, but slowly trailed after malakai anyways. If anything could track down his sword it was Malakais sensitive nose. He kept his ears back as he made his way after malakai, an odd feeling weighing on him.

(that's ok Kj, I can wait :>)

With a nod, Raven returned the accessory to his saddlebag and chose a random street to walk down. "Now to find that dwarf..."

Malakai lead Toren to a dead end, he couldn't see or hear anyone else around. He hesitated staring into Toren's icy blue eyes, //Ah cr.ap! What do I say?// he bit his lip and just blurted it out "Raven sold your sword, before I could stop him"

( @Raksha: Aww, already?)

( @Raksha: No need to apoloize! I know how you feel - I got less than four hours of sleep last night, so I'm pretty exhausted. 'XD)

"He WHAT?!" Toren bellowed bearing his teeth and pinning his ears. A growl escaping from his throat. "FOR HIS SAKE HE'D BETTER KNOW WHERE IT IS!" Toren spun around and dashed out of the dead end allyway, his eyes desperatly seaching for Raven or any sign of his sword. "If anyone gets a hold of that sword, we'll have hunters on our trail!"

Sirius decided to rest and sit near the street corner. He was tired and pulled out a canteen of water to drink. He put it away confusing a nearby hobo who was looking at the strange coyote.

Malakai chased after Toren, grabbing his shirt, he dug his heels in the ground trying to stop him. "Toren wait!" Malakai gritted his teeth "What do you mean we'll have hunters? Over a sword?"

Raven sauntered along, proud of his witty thinking, and pulled out the necklace again to see it again. He held it up with satisfaction, a sardonic grin spreading across his features. //Heh. So the merchant wasn't entirely wrong when he said it'd grant my wishes,// he mused. //Because of this necklace, I have blackmailed a dragon. I can't wait to see how this'll turn out.// Raven tossed the necklace up before snatching out of the air and pocketing it, then slunk into the shadows of the buildings to keep an eye out for either Kai or Toren.

Toren turned around to look at Malakai in anger, and... a slight amount of caution and fear in his eyes. "The jems and the inscriptions on the sword. Its an ancient touge. If someone out there who can read it gets ahold of that sword.... Grrr they'll know excactly where it came from and what it is. Its not just some ordinary sword! it was crafted by dragons for dragons! get it? The gems are heart stones of my ancestors. They'll know damit. They'll know a dragon is in the area." Toren spat out this information in a rush, he could not let that sword find its way into the hands of a hunter, or else him, and everyone he had conections with were as good as dead.

Sirius looked up to see if anyone was near and amung the crowd he saw a familiar fiery haired girl in the distance and a bionic harpy across the street.
He aproached them, "hey guys!"

Malakai's eyes widened in fear, "Oh" he mouthed shocked "I faintly remember what the old man looked like, maybe if we go back to his work tent we can find his scent"

"Yeah, haha, and then i can kill raven with it" He groweled and once again took off into the streets with suprizing speed, using his inner dragons strength to propel himself forward with force. He needed to find Raven, or the vendor, whichever came first.

(Raven: Plz don't kill me; I'm too young to die. ;-;)

Malakai was losing track of Toren quickly, he panicked, throwing off his shirt he shifted and people started screaming at the sight of a giant black wolf. Malakai tilted his head back and howled.

( @Raksha Glad to have you here, at least for a while!)

"Hi Adara, I like the new clothes," he pulled out a shirt from his pocket, "If you need me to store the old clothes I can do it!"
He put away the shirt to demonstrate the fact.

(Adios amigo!)

Toren could hear people start to shout and scream behind him but he didnt look back, he just continued dashing forward until he reached the markets square.
"RRAAAVVEN!" He shouted out in anguish as he finally stopped and looked around. people began to back away. "WHERE ARE YOU" He groweled. and perked his ears to listen intently to any changes in the crowds around him. he could shift here, and was in enough control at the moment that he wouldnt. but thats not to see he wasnt furious.

(Ah later Raksha!)

(meeeh i was writing so fast that last sentence came out confusing)

Malakai almost barrelled straight into Toren, stopping himself at the last second. He perked his ears up and listened, //Run Raven// he wacked his tail against Toren and pointed his nose towards the old mans tent.

Raven glanced through the corner of his eye to the town center behind him when he heard a rising commotion. Although it could have been caused by anything, Raven had a gut-wrenching feeling that it was directly linked to Toren. Since he had a little more time before the dragon would find him, Raven began to debate whether he should run or stay put and face him. Either way could end disastrously.

"Aaaaaaaah okay, and yes, I won a fish eating contest and won a lot of money! And yo be honest ate too much in general."

(I'm surprised Sirius is not fat despite how much he eats... Are you writing while you are hungry, pedro?)

(*gasp* I know how Sirius can win every eating contest: he sneaks the food into his infinite poncho pockets. OuO)

Toren looked at malakai who pointed to the old abandoned shop. Toren quickly dashed over as people began to hurry out of the square. Toren dived behind the shops counter and began to tear the place apart in a desperate search. He groweled, "Its not here! Malakai, try and puck up a scent!" he ordered.
he walked back into the squares emptying centre, it wouldnt be long till guards arived. "RAVEN!" Toren shouted out again. "COME OUT YOU COWARD!"

(ahhhh haha oh my goodness i just got a picture of sirius secretly stuffing his pockets full of food lol)

(I'm not hungry but do suddenly crave food now that it's mentioned
but no actual hunger
fun fact: The inspiration for Sirius was mostly a character in a youtube series called "No Evil" and a bit of how wierd I can be at times. )

(He's like Shaggy and Scooby, always eating and somehow not fat)

Malakai snorted in disgust looking at the shabby old tent, he stuck his head inside and started sniffing around, picking up scents he'd rather not. His sharp nose finally picked up the old man's scent. He sniffed it again to be sure, he backed out and kept his nose to the ground. He started tracking the digusting scent of the old man. He growled at Toren before continuing

Raven picked up Toren's furious voice through the commotion of evacuating townspeople. //I'm not going to submiss to you,// he thought defiantly, standing in the middle of the quickly-clearing street. //You come to me if you want to speak, beast.//

( @Pedro: Lol! I love how awesome and unique Sirius' personality is. x3)

(I think the previously mentioned goggles Sirius bought could be used to make him not mess with his eyes
or just keep them safe as anyone can smack him in the back of the head to make them pop out)

Toren spotted Raven standing in the street as the crowds rushed away, the sound of slaming doors and hushed frightened voices drifting on the air as it became abandoned. Toren beared his sharp teeth at Raven who was now the only one left in the street. A deep growel came from toren as he pinned his ears and his eyes became slit. Slowly he began to walk towards Raven, ignoring Malakai.

( @pedro: Pfft, yup, that's probably why he got them! XD)

Malakai's ears flicked up when he saw Raven, his eyes widening //Is he crazy?// he stood watching, his nose still twitching with the urge to track the man. He heard Toren's growling, remembering back to the island, Malakai let out a whimper. //You idiot//

Raven smirked and straightened his back as the dragon slowly approached, but his heart was pounding like a jackhammer and his mind was racing. //Don't speak first,// Raven told himself. //It'll show that you're terrified. Let him come to you.//

Grrrrrrrr... "do you realize what you've Done!" Torens voice was low as he lowered his head slightly, bearing his fangs and breathing out hot air. "You've destined to kill them all you murderer!" he Shouted out as he continued forward towards Raven, picking up his pace slightly into a brisk walk.

Malakai followed slowly behind Toren, //What can I do if he shifts?// he froze, a very faint scent of blood drifted on the wind, he hesitated before chasing it. //Don't kill eachother! Please// The scent got stronger as Malakai left the porthouse.

(I just want a very anti-climatic confrontation where Toren is knocked so he doesn't shift)

//He's getting closer...// Raven clenched and unclenched his hand around his spear which was hidden beneath his cloak. "Murderer? All I did was trade your sword away. It's your fault for not taking better care of your own possessions."

(oh Raven's going to get a beating hahaha)

Malakai followed the scent further it mingled with the old man's //this isn't going to be good// he crouched low and saw a group of rough looking men around a body, one of them held something shiny. Malakai eased forward, he was close enough to make out the shopkeeps body. He saw Toren's sword in one of their hands, he walked forward and felt something wrapped around his neck, pulling him to the ground. "Lookit what we have here"

Toren groweled again, "you have no idea what that sword was! And now they'll come after us, all of us! not just me! they'll kill us all! Me, you, Dorian, Malakai, Sirius, Faicail even Adara! and there deaths are on your head!!" He roared, continuing forward. "so help me you had better know where that sword is or ill kill you where you stand!" He brought out his claws, his only weapon besides his teeth that he now had without shifting.

"Probably conflict caused by our wonderful cast of friends." He said as he walked alongside with her towards the comotion.
(I'm tempted to make Sirius self aware that things are happening because rp but I feel like thats going too far with his sillyness)

Malakai panicked, shifting back he tried to run away, he only got a few feet before a man pinned him. He wheezed under his weight, his lungs and ribs aching as the man hauled him up. "This one'll sell a good price, shapeshifter and two different colored eyes" Malakai tried to shift again but the man caught on and slammed his head into a tree

Having lost his courage to play around with Toren any longer, Raven spoke up. "I know where it is," he stated, partially lying and partially telling the truth. "But if you kill me, you'll lose your only chance of ever finding that blade again."

Sirius spoke up hoping his friends would take note.
"Guys i'm sure some of us are already in search of that sword so I guess, let's follow Adara/ the paw prints.

( @Blood: I feel like Kai has as much bad luck as does Hiiro... XD)

In an instant Toren dashed forward and grasped Ravens throat, he groweled, the feeling of being blackmailed weiging in. He wanted desperatly to tear out his throat with his sharpened claws. "For your sake you'd better" he gnashed his teeth at him face to face, and then released him stepping back.

Sirius waved at the flying Adara and sighed. /Why does conflict have to be a thing?/

Raven tried to keep his cool, but it all drained out when Toren gripped his throat with powerful hands. He stumbled backwards when the shapeshifter let go, and he grasped his own throat, coughing and fighting for air. He squinted up at Toren, a weak grin on his face. "You think I'd tell you that easily?" he challenged.

Sirius was trying not to scream out because of the fact this conflict can just end if they listened to him. He decided to give himself a little more time before repeating himself. He hates needing to repeat himself.

Toren flinched at Ravens words. He groweled again. Taking another step towards Raven. All he wanted to do was kill him now, eat him maybe, though the thought of spider legs going down his throat creeped him out. Grrr "Dont test my patience Raven! Your walking a very fine line. One wrong move will be your last" he threatened. A distant sound of metal came from down the street. guards were on there way over.

Sirius yelled out.
"Hey jerkfaces, I think you may want to stop your conflict and avoid being arrested for a hate crime or something."

(the thought of spider legs going down my throat creeps me out too! haha)

"One move from you and it might be." Raven tore away his cloak and threw it aside to reveal his knife pressed to his own throat. "Don't move," he hissed, his eyes unwavering. "Or I'll kill myself. And you'll never find your sword again."

(Fun fact: Every human swallows an average of seven spiders a year while they are sleeping.)

Malakai laid there, he rubbed his wrists together, trying to get free. He was exhausted and his nose burned, "Adara" he cried weakly "Someone help please"

"You wouldn't dare" Toren sneared, when he suddenly heared Sirius's voice. He looked past Raven to see a line of guards coming there way. /Da.m/ he thought and looked back at Raven holding the knife. /Sneaky Insect/ He groweled again, hating being taken advantage of. /Raven has no idea who will be after us/ He growled to himself one more time. The thought of the dragon hunters put enough fear in him to subside his anger and submit, if they had any chance, he needed to get the sword before it fell into the wrong hands, if it wasnt too late already.

Sirius decided to just watch, he was getting ignored and his patience was thinning. He looked over to the nearing authorities and decided to do what a normal citizen would do and explain the situation.
"The spider dude sold a sword pissing off the faun man and now they're fighting, please stop this dumb situation"

"alright fine." Toren said angrily, "What is it that you want," he groweled. He would have never backed down to raven, but it was no longer only his life that was at stake. the hunters are an eliete group of warriors trained to hunt down all matter of beasts and monsters, their methods often grusom.

Sirius then took the chance to run off and follow his other friends who are probably suffering from a different conflict.
He witnessed a phoenix on the ground and injured men.
"Hello sirs, I see you're struggling with my phoenix friend, so how much money would it take for you to leave us alone?"

(Sirius saving the day with a bribe :D)

Malakai broke his restraints, he toppled out of the cart, noticing the one with Toren's sword was long gone. He shifted painfully, charging forward he scooped Adara up in his jaws, his mouth and face started burning. He whimpered as he ran

Malakai charged through the trees, until he tripped, he tumbled head over paws. Adara flew from his jaws, Malakai laid there, his face and mouth burnt he had his jaws parted as he panted

Raven stifled a sigh of relief when the shapeshifter finally gave in, and he lowered his knife in the slightest. "Do not harm or kill me," Raven stated. Noticing that Toren had seen something behind him, the centaur turned his head enough that he could watch the approaching soldiers through the corner of his eye. //Not good,// he thought to himself. //Hang around any longer, and we'll be caught.//

grr "Deal" Toren coughed out the words almost gaging on them, "we need to get out of here, we can discuss this more later"

(I say Sirius should try to buy the sword backIf he doesn't get it back, maybe he gets a lead on where it's headed?)

Sirius avoided conflict withna bribe and found out the 'merchendise' was headed to the Marone Islands.
He left them alone greatfull to know that there's only one real way to get there.
He left the men alone and eventually found his injured shapeshifter friends. He pulled out bandages and medicine he recently bought for emergencies and tended to them the best he could.

"Yeah," Raven agreed, throwing another glance in the direction of the guards. He waited for Toren to make the first move, lest the dragon attack him from behind while they were fleeing.

Malakai could only blink at Sirius, greatful to have his burns somewhat treated. He let out a faint whine, "That was a stupid move" he looked at Adara "you okay?"
(still in wolf form, other shifters can sort of understand him)

(I think what Raven and Toren can do is peacefully stop the conflict and give no reasons for them to be arrested or whatever, running away just makes them suspiscious)

(suspision is great! woo!)

Malakai had his tongue out, laying on the forest floor. "I'll live, it was my own stupid fault for grabbing a ball of fire with my mouth" he wheezed painfully

( @pedro: They could, but approaching the guards would risk capture, if they decide to not believe them or want to investigate them to be safe.)

"Hey! Halt!" one of the guards shouted as Toren zipped around and dashed in the direction that he had last seen sirius head.

Sirius was glad to be akcowledged.
"I found out where those people are headed, there's a path they're following through the plains but we can cut them off at the North Bridge"

(Plot twist: the guards were just marching to a ceremony somewhere in town)

Malakai heaved himself up into a sitting position, his tongue hung from his jaws, his arms trembled with the effort it took to sit. "Let's go then" he slurred heavily

Raven darted after the shapeshifter, his spider legs a blur over the cobblestone street. //What happens once we escape them?// Raven pondered. //Should I stick to my promise and give him the necklace? But if he's still angry, he might kill me after I do. Can I really trust a dragon?//

(true true, but they did cause quite the public disturbance lol, im sure they'll get away in time haha)

Toren continued to rush forward to the edge of porthouse, keeping an ear on Raven behind him. /we need to get to the others. if the hunters get that blade, they will all be in danger/

Raven could have easily passed Toren by now due to his longer and more numerous legs, but he made sure to keep his distance. Glancing back, Raven saw that the guards were slowly falling behind due to their heavy armor. //There's no way they could catch us now.//

(It's great they can cut off the thieve poacher dudes at a bridge

Malakai shifted back into his human form, he collapsed onto the forest floor, his breath heavy. "I can't move, I'm so tired" now in human form, you can make out the blisters around his mouth

( @pedro: Pfft, I just saw your comment about the plot twist. XDD)

Toren ducked his head as dove into the treeline of the forest that edged porthouse. They were nearing the rest of the group. a small flame in the distance signaling where adara was. they were close to them now. "Adara, you there?" Toren called out

Sirius waved.
"Sup dude. Good news, we can cut off the men who have the sword at a bridge or if we're fast enough, in the plains!"

Raven scanned the area ahead of them until he caught sight of the other survivors. //They know where the sword is..?// he thought when he heard Sirius. //That means my lead is no longer needed. Toren is free to kill me off if he pleases now.// Raven debated deeply on whether he should ditch them now, and his pace slowed.

Toren Slowed down as he approached the group. Still upset with Raven. He turned to Sirius "did you see any of them? What did they look like? Were any of them wearing a sort of emblem?" Toren panickedly asked a flurry of questions

"Dude, they're just generic scumbag poachers/traders, they had carts and such. Considering they're passing through the plains and a bridge it won't be hard to find your sword." Sirius pulled out a map he had bought pointing where they were headed.

Raven halted a small distance from the others and he listened to their conversation warily, trying to deduct whether the tables would turn against him before they actually did so that he could get a running start.

Malakai dug into the dirt with his fingers, he glared at Toren, //stupid overly posessive dragon!// he huffed and looked away

Toren no longer thought of anything elsd but his sword. "Your sure, it would be something small, a medalion maybe, or a small embrodery?" He huffed, Grabbing the map from Sirius. He then noticed a bloodied malakai, and adara didnt look to good either, "are you two allright he bent down, map still in hand.

Sirius noted Raven in the distance.
"Hey Raven, come on, you don't have to be a creepy stalker to listen to the conversation!"

Sirius pulled out an eyepatch from his pocket.
"Malakai this is for you," he paused to think about the men, "No medallions were spotted at all, I wouldn't worry about it okay, we'll find them as long as you chill."

Malakai slammed his fist down "No! We're not alright!" he hissed "I tried to get your sword back and where were you?" he gritted his teeth "I can't even move now and the world won't stop spinning!"

Raven glared at Sirius and chose to ignore him. //You don't understand my situation. My life is on the line here - I can't be all cozy and friendly like the rest of you. Not with that murderous dragon around.//

(I think during all this conflict we can just say Fiacail and Dorian were shopping or something)

(They probably got lost. XD)

Sirius took out his recently bought goggles and put them on, he didn't aknowledge the yelling Kai as he was tired of agressive behaviour at this point.
"How do I look with these on?"

Hnngggg whyyyyyyyyy internet!!!!

Malakai growled "I don't give a damn how you look" he focused on trying to shift and succeeded...into the wrong form, he now layed on the ground as a useless falcon

"Hey I'm just trying to be optimistic in this chain of crappy events I seem to be stuck in so I don't need you to ruin the sweet meal by adding salt." Sirius was trying his best to keep calm at this point.

(When it's windy and the swing set outside is being creepy and creaking)

Sigh that's the second time I wrote out a grateful big message and I got deleted! Arrggghjsisjsbocksnd one more time!

Malakai was startled when Adara grabbed him, he quickly calmed down and flopped his head down //I'm so useless//

(Ahh, that's a bummer! Please stop being a butt, KJ's internet!)

Toren flinched at Malakais words. "I..." He looked down at his clawed hands. "I didnt intend for either of you to get hurt...perhaps...." He clenched his claws, remembering the life they had unintentionaly taken all those years past. "You two need medical attention. " toren rose to his feet. "... i'll go... i'll leave the group..." he took a few steps back. "Ill get my sword... or die trying... at least that way.. you'll be safe..." Toren turned around into the brush, map grasped in hand. He was always a danger to everyone around him, thats why he stayed alone for those years, and now, if he didnt get his sword they would be hunted down just becasue they knew him.

Malakai rested his head on her arms, feeling slightly embarrased. The feeling was replaced by exhaustion and he enjoyed the feeling of being in her arms. He forced himself to stay awake, waiting for their next plan of attack

The feathers on Malakai's head spiked up, //Toren! No!// he flapped his wings desperately trying to follow him //We're in this together!// he squaked, arching his back as he tried to fly

"Hey Toren don't be a downer, one for all and all for one right? You want that sword I'll help, I don't have much to lose anyways. Plus I'm pretty sure those jerks would have injured someone regardless considering they we're poaching rare creatures.
"Saw a poor jackallope in a cage, so don't be blaming yourself for anything."

Malakai felt guilty but continued after Toren, he flapped his wings and managed to get a little airborne. //Dummy// he tried his best to find the shapeshifter

Raven watched Toren leave, unsure of what to do next. //Now would be a good time to leave,// he considered. //Once he gets his sword back, he will forget his anger towards me, so I will be able to go elsewhere without fearing that he'll be coming after me. But... we're supposed to be friends. Should I really just abandon them?// Raven's guilt worsened when he saw the different members volunteering to help.

(Malakai forgot his anger towards Toren so quickly... XD)

Toren had already dashed away, hearing sirius's voice fade in the distance. /ill come back for Raven later/ he groweld to himself. /theres no place on earth for him to hide. i just hope i can protect the others./

Malakai landed on Raven's shoulder, he brushed his wing across his face pointing in Toren's direction. He eyed him harshly

Sirius decided to go up to Raven.
"Hey, I wouldn't worry about Toren, I'm sure all will end well okay." He then joined the search party for Toren.

(eh Malakai is secret worry wart :P)

Raven flinched when Malakai suddenly landed on his shoulder, and he glared back at him with a growl. "I'm not your horse carriage that you can just drive around. Don't expect me to follow your orders," he stated stubbornly.

Toren quickened his pace until he found a clearing. /I have to catch them before they reach the bridge, no i will catch them!/ Quickly he shifted, turning his form into the large beast that dwelt inside and spread his wings.

Malakai rolled his little eyes, he flew up as he did he grabbed Raven's hair in his talons, pulling it. He then circled above his head, loudly screeching

Sirius decided to just sit down and wait for conflict to end.

(ima have to go soon guys, its getting quite late here, ill be on for a little while longer, also, i completely forgot about the arifact in Torens satchel again -_- lol will have to have it drop out or catch someones attention later haha)

Raven made an attempt to grab at the pesky bird but missed, and he growled in frustration. "Geez, fine!" He began to head after Toren but silently planned to make a break for it as soon as Malakai was distracted.

Malakai cooed a little, he then flapped his wings harder picking up speed. His body groaned in protest but he kept going, soon he saw a dragon. //Did he really just shift after freaking out about dragon hunters? Stupid//

(Um, so my 3ds decided to stop connecting to the internet for me, so I might have to RP from my phone. I hope that's not too much f a hassle for you all to read my online comments.)

Toren forced air under his wings and launched into the air. /Ill get their attention, even if they arnt hunters. They will not get away with taking my sword/

(I'm actually getting a little tired, I think rn would be a good moment to end)

Malakai tried his best to reach Toren, he screeched trying to get his attention, he panted with exhaustion //If we actually got rest and I wasn't injured, I'd catch up to him with ease//

Not wanting to exert himself, Raven made no attempt to hurry after the dragon or falcon, instead traveling at his own leisurely pace. //Not like the dragon really needs me,// he thought, making excuses for himself. //He'll probably wipe out that entire group and retrieve his blade in a heartbeat and not even break a sweat.//

"I'll give Toren time, he'll come to his senses and realize he's being dumb. To be honest any thief would want to take a well made sword." He sighed just wanting to take a break from the constant action.

Toren continued to fly higher, Trying to get a vantage point to spot the thieves caravan. he slowed down as he looked around from above. In the distance a group of men with a cart were steadily making there way west. /thats them/Toren thought.

Malakai slowed to a glide, he was still going fairly fast, //I'm going to bite him when I catch him...// his skin prickled with irritation, //Stupid over grown lizard//

Sirius shifted form. He curled up and yawned; he just wanted rest at the moment.

Raven watched the large black silhouette of a dragon dart high into the air. //What does he plan on doing?// he pondered. //If he shows himself to people but lets them live, they'll tell others what they saw and all his efforts to stay hidden will be wasted. But is e really willing to kill them all to get his sword back?//

Sirius enjoyed the petting as he fell asleep, glad to get some rest.

Toren took in a deep breath. /I need that sword. its not like i havent killed before...but.../ He groweled. If i do kill them. someones bound to notice they are missing, and send hunters out to search for what happened to them. i cant be careless, if i was to burn them to ash it would leave a scorch mark on the landscape./ he thought it out. and watched as the distant thieves stoped and what seemed to be setting up camp.

(He can always eat them...)

Malakai noticed Toren directly above him, he inhaled sharply, wincing as he flew up to Toren. He landed on his snout and kept his silent promise, bending down he bit Toren's snout with his sharp beak.

Toren watch as Malakai landed on his nose, tickling it a bit. his ears went back. And then malakai bit him. "Grrraaarrrr" Toren shook his head and threw it back trying to get rid of the annoyance on his face as he slowly decended.

(TBH they can just be bribed again/ threatened)

Malakai glided off Toren's face with ease, he circled around the massive dragon, cooing with laughter. //I keep my promises// he nodded to himself and laughed some more

(Well, no amount of bribing can convince them to keep their mouths shut about seeing Toren once he leaves. They would get money AND have a story to tell everybody in town.)

(they might just drop everything and run when they see toren angily aproaching lolol)

Toren snapped at the bird, being careful not to accidentally eat him. /What do you want?/ he thought, /biting me on the face. Promises arnt important if your dead/ he huffed.

Malakai flew past Toren's face, pointing to the ground with his beak, careful to avoid Toren's jaws. He couldn't help but coo again //I bit and dragon and lived to laugh about it!//

Toren grumbled. /Ive already decided to leave, im better off alone/ he thought. But he gave in to Malakai's squaking and landed down in the clearing, still facing the direction of the thieves.

Malakai shifted back infront of Toren, he stumbled a bit before gaining balance, he crossed his arms and looked up at Toren. "Where do ya think you're going?" he squinted up at him "we're in this together Toren, who cares if we get a few dings and bumps, that's why we stick together! We'll survive longer! We can beat any dragon hunter!" he grinned stupidly up at him

Toren beared his teeth at Malakais ignorence. He had no idea what these hunters were capable of. But he couldnt ignore the fact that sticking together might be safer.

Malakai flinched when Toren bared his teeth at him, "You're really stubborn aren't cha?" his voice shook slightly. But he held his ground, "I don't think you're dumb enough to kill those men, dragon hunters would know in an instant"
