The guards shuffled her along, her new set of shiny bracelets dug into her wrists and her tails twitched. The place was cold despite the fact it was hot and muggy outside, like it was a frozen over He.ll, seperate from the outside world. A place secured in it's own bubble.
It smelled of raw humanity: sweaty, scared, and bloody - her favorite perfume.
She breathed deeply of it and giggled to herself but one of the officers knocked her head.
"Quiet down inmate." She said as they brought her to the cell.
The block was mostly vacant. Nearly all the other inmates had gone out to the yard for freetime, just a scant few were in there cells reading or writing.
"Three weeks of solitary ought to have changed your world view right inmate?" The other female officer said as they uncuffed her.
She brought her arms around in front of her and rubbed her sore wrists rather methiotically. She mumbled something low and to herself.
One the officers looked displeased by the tone.

"What was that inmate?" She barked.
Miki rotated her head slowly toward them with a curved eerie smirk.
"Ooooooo yes! I sure did officers..." She gave a bouncing nod.
The women exchanged looks.
"Good, stay out of trouble then inmate." The same said to her walking out with her partner.
Miki came to the bars with a dark look in her large pink eyes.
"I learned that next time I'll just kill a bi.tch instead of ripping out her tongue for talking shi.t...." She said in a sing song way as she eyed the blue officers as they left...

The free period passed and the inmates were herded back inside. As she approached the building Seon took one last deep breath of the hot muggy air and held it as long as she could past the threshold before she released it in a long quiet whoosh through her plump lips.
This had become her ritual, her way of keeping the outside world with her as long as she could.
She blinked and ran her fingers through her hair as they were ushered.
Next was duties.

She had laundry with her several other female inmates today including her cell mate.
"I hope she scored some cigerettes..." She whispered under her breath as she made her way to the laundry room.
It was empty. No big surprise she was early. Nobody was hurried to their duties.
She made her way toward the back row of dryers. She WASN'T washing the mens underwear again. Nope, no way, no how. She'd dry them...
As she past the washers she was grabbed by an outstreched hand that she punched at and clobbered Jaqi right across her face!
"O geez! Jaqi, I told you to quit creeping up on me! I punch first ask questions later..." She justified holding her friend's shoulders.
"Pffffft! You're lucky I'm a vampire! I barely felt that!" The chipper undead responded pulling her pounded cheek without reaction.
"That stupid nebulizer might turn off my skill set as a vampire but not my other benefits."
"Or the fact you still can't linger in sunlight. That's why you weren't outside huh?"

Jaqi nodded. "It's not so bad. I got you a little something something." She reached into her cleavage to reveal a cigerette. Seon's eyes shined.
"Oooo! Jaqi, I could kiss you!" She took the cigerette stuffing it in her own bra and ajusting her white top.
Jaqi chuckled. "Nobody's stopping you!" She sang but Seon just gave her a smiling shake of her head.
"You're not right..."
Other inmates started filing in and work began. Jaqi and Seon drying and folding clothes next to each other.
"Hey," Jaqi said to Seon a bit more serious than the redhead was used to hearing from her.
"What?" She responded.
"There's a new girl."
"Yeah so?"
"It's... it's Miki, Seon."
Seon's eyes widened then narrowed. "Miki? The fox Miki? The one that fu.cked up our big plans on getting out because of her fight with Auruvia?" He hands balled tightly around the shirt she was folding like it was a neck she was strangling.
Jaqi nodded.

"Yeah. She just got out of solitary. I watched them escort her in during freetime."
They were both quiet a long while before Seon looked back down at her.
"We need to do something about her before she does it to us. She's crazy."
Jaqi nodded. "Ok, but what?"
Seon tapped her lip. "I've got some ideas..."
