re/ my mental state and just myself in general has declined rapidly for over a year since i've been homebound and i am in constant depression and fear of everthing
and i dont hate you at all [i also dont hate the riggione twins or sabrina either], i just dont want to interact with people who have or are friends/aquaintences with my abusers [i wont say who they are, but you probably knpw] since anyhting that reminds me of them puts me into a panic attack and makes me dissociate
im sorry if i ever hurt your feelings, i dont nkow how to interact with people and im afraid to and i am constantly paranoid
but thank you for worrying about me, it means a lot
