Ability: Pixilate
Mega Raichu's Sp. Attack and Speed get a major boost, and their Sp. Defense and Defense get a minor boost. Any yellow on Mega Raichu's body is electric. So touching it will hurt you. When Mega Raichu is mad, It's eyes will turn yellow, making them electric too. Mega Raichu's Electricity is hotter than the sun!
