Oh Kaenav, city of wonders! Rising above the waters of the massive Kahven river complex, Kaenav is the political capital of the Firnnen continent. While it has little on the warmth and economy of the bustling Amaranth, Kaenav shines on maps like a watchful jewel. Housing the Mages' Council as well as both Emperors, this city is a fortress of gold and red, endlessly monitoring the lands under its rule.

Blessed by Frua- Amaranth!
Warm and welcoming, Amaranth is known for its prosperity. Set in the crook of peaceful Moren Bay, this city thrives off the sea as well as the precious gems it imports from the mountains. Though Kaenav may bear the mark on maps, Amaranth is the true capital. Housing the most people of any city, it also has the greatest contrasts between social castes.

Aptly named for the near-miraculous protection it offers travelers, Frua's Pass leads from the desert wastelands to the city of Amaranth, home to the largest temple devoted to the benelovent goddess.

The only light among the desert sands, Bremn's glow is reflected by the salt lakes that surround it. Though legally belonging to the empire, Bremn is far enough south to be a wild and dangerous city. Inhabited mostly by merchants and mercenaries, it is also home to a thriving black market.

Isolated from the mainland, Ornav is the last haven before the open sea. Few visit this city, for most consider its inhabitants strange and unnatural. An independent city, Ornav is ruled by the mysterious Fisher-King.

Separated from the rest of the continent by the impassable Dragonback mountains, the Tharnaan plateau is home to a nation of people isolated from the rest of the mainland. Though speaking a different language and refusing to trade with the empire, the people of the so-called Wild Settlements have done well for themselves so far.
