ive talked to many ppl with bpd and almost all of them say i could have it bc i have all the symptoms?
i told my therapist this and he shot me down by saying "all ppl w bpd are violent and you arnet so you dont have it." and my paranoia dosent allow me to tell him s,hit because im afriad he will tell my mom and she will go through my phone again bc even now i have no privacy and with my paranoid personality disordermy paranoia is skyrocketing :')
