This is Shock's Arc form or, as it used to be, evo form. Not many differences on the outside besides Shock's arms actually becoming "Dark Arms". To elaborate on Dark Arms, because i know for a fact no one is willing to keep up or remember probably because this lore kinda is more confusing than kingdom hearts, they function like Tokyo Ghoul's Kagune to put things into perspective, and there are 3 types for Shock, Amp, and Tristen. Shock's Dark Arms go over his arms like a second layer of skin that can harden and loosen like liquid, making his arms able to be morphed however Shock pleases. This Arc form has four levels: Arc, Arc Second, Third, and Fourth. With each one Shock dives deeper into insanity and looses control so he doesn't like to use the form at all, but you know how desperate times are^^ because of this Shock refers to him in Arc Form as"The Other Guy"
Fun fact: Arc is short for Archetype
Another fun fact: Shock had to have his arm bandaged up because of an incident where he had to use Arc Second (From arc second on the user's body is harmed due to the stress and yes ill go deeper as to why Shock had to go Arc Second)
