i can confirm from experience that any teetees that are bigger than small are annoying and grab the attention of people way too easily
which is one of the reasons i despise most anime
but uh
if you want your character to look female just make sure to not give them a face that has sharp edges and make sure the shoulders arent wider than the hips
and thats pretty much it
you dont need to add huge ass eyelashes or oversized blobs of fat on the chest but most people dont seem to understand that
