"The sun doesn't always shine in West Virginia, but the people always do."

This past Thursday, my home state was hit with the worst flooding we have seen in decades.
My family is safe and suffered no flood damage, most were not so fortunate.
Twenty-four confirmed dead so far, so many have lost their homes, we had runaway barges and hundreds of people trapped at a shopping center...it has been chaotic.

But we are a resilient bunch. Keep shining, WV.
