I'm a little lost in the emotional spectrum at the moment.
Lost as in "I don't really know what I'm feeling or how to describe it".
So yeah, that's fun. :0
Maybe if I drink some hot chocolate I'll feel better.
This isn't a vent, I'm not sad, just mixed up at the moment.
Like the animals in the lunchables commercials. Chex is a lunchable animal.
Lunchables actually sounds really good right now.

Maybe your emotions are everywhere and you're confused, I'm not sure. Hot chocolate sounds wonderful- it might cheer you up. What ever the reason may be hope you can get well!

I have these pretty often too, it's not even necessarily sad it justs sometimes overwhelming or numb feeling. What I do is just sit down relax and sort it through my head if I can and figure what's up. If not I just kinda not care for it and just wing it.
