Captain Silver is a very violent lady in a very nonviolent society that became Captain of the Royal Guard by quite literally taking it over. She beat everybody up and proclaimed herself Captain. Nobody really knew how to fight besides her so they kind of just went with it. That's the story of Miss Silver.

There actually is a mildly sad backstory for her, and the story she's a villian in is a wee bit more than a bunch of really nervous people, but thats a general gist
