No one really knows where he came from or who he is.
The design on him is actually his exoskeleton which was part of his normal skeleton but got infused to his skin layer because of a radioactive freak accident.
His powers include being able to spit acid up to 50 feet, flight (I'll draw a picture of the wings), and melding into his surroundings. Confused and scared, because of the accident, he doesn't like being around other living things. But he is a very strong dragon more so than normal ones
