I'm not sure how it works completely but I think it happens because somebody who finds it mature reports it saying something like this needs a mature tag or this is explicit for my eyes! I can see your drawing but those who can't see are the ones who enabled their settings to show or not show mature drawings from going on colors site. I'm not sure if when people make an account that the default settings are enabled or disable for seeing mature art.
