As oldest son Alexander will become his fathers successor. But also his brothers will work in high up jobs in the company when they are adults. They are all kind of bullys and having fun on moking and hurting others (mostly Non-Humans). They are looking down on "Monsters" (they are calling Non-Humans this way) they see them as lowest part of society, so they having fun on picking on them. They often take pictures of it and posting them to humiliat them.
