#TakeoIK
(A lot of this is the same as before, but I'll add more.)
Bio: Takeo was born and raised in a village deep in a jungle. For years he lived a peaceful life hidden away from danger.
But one day he came down with a disease that was deemed incurable by the village healers.
All hope was seemingly lost until a strange man appeared in the village. He gave Takeo a mask, and told him to put it on.

When Takeo wore the mask, his disease faded away, and he mysteriously gained feathers on his arms, head, and tail.
Before Takeo could ask any questions, the stranger vanished.
When he tried removing the mask, he found that his disease returned. (He doesn't have to wear it on his face all the time, but it must be near him.)
The mask had strange powers that Takeo struggled to control. The people of the village suspected that it was a curse.
Finally, Takeo decided he would leave the village in order to find the person who gave him the mask and to find out the secrets behind it.
During his travels, he found that he could transform into a feathered dragon, and he learned to heal others using his own energy.

His mask may be considered treasure, and could probably be sold for a lot due to it's magic...
But nobody would try to do THAT, would they...?
Takeo can adjust the color of his skin and scales to blend in to his surroundings. (He's kind of based off of a chameleon. :3)
He can use wind and earth elemental magic. Although his magic is very powerful, he's not very skilled in using it, so he only uses it in dire situations.
He's basically had no experience in battle.
He likes to joke around with friends and play harmless little pranks. :P

I almost forgot his personality. ._.
He's laid back, a little shy, naive, thoughtful, and quick-witted.
