The chief's daughter of a hidden tribe that can transform into giant snakes. Serpia and her brother were born as conjoined twins. As a result, her brother cannot take a human form and is unable to take his position as the tribe's chief, a privilege only given to black serpents within their bloodline. She is very defensive when it comes to her brother and does her best to take care of him in his sorry state. She sets off to find a way to separate themselves, knowing full well the consequences of leaving the tribe. She often appears emotionless and uncaring to those around her. The most unlikely to hold a conversation.

I love the design and story, I just need to bring a discussion for this because we did kinda decline a previous "beast" style based on a gecko, so we'll either have to decline this too, or accept both. I cannot favor one. I would say yes but we need to set up some rules so we dont have a ton of animal bases here...

The design and Concept are really cool Time Paladin! : D I dig these two charaters. They may not fit for FEBI, but keep these characters in mind! Btw, you said she needed a "redesign." Is this a character you've had for awhile?
