As they can glow and are usually more powerful. (There the rarer ones.)
Laphi's star is on his right ear and he has a little crown floating above his head, his hair is also in a ponytail. The mark on the left is his starsign, the mark on his back that floats when he's floating or using powers.
I think thats everything, feel free to change his clothes anytime you want! Or make small changes!
