A cool technique! by wariotime99
So, I came up with this...
Pretty much, take a color, make an entire panel that color, then erase/use white, at the lowest opacity, and smallest brush, then SCRIBBLE LIKE CRAZY IN ONE OR TWO DIRECTONS.
Continue until you have desired look.
