Fire Emblem (Minor Spoilers!)
Aside from the Tactician, I was trying to decide who my favorite character from Fire Emblem was, and it came down to these three. It turns out I just love this whole family of characters. Olivia is shy, yet very passionate when it comes to her dancing, and I always found that to be an admirable trait. Soleil, by contrast, is very outgoing and optimistic, something I enjoy seeing in other characters. However, as I was drawing this, I really felt that Inigo/Laslow stood out among them. On their own, Olivia and Soleil leave a strong impression for me and get plenty of development, yet Inigo goes through an interesting arc between Awakening and Fates. Possibly my favorite moment in Fates was discovering that Inigo and Laslow didn't just look and act alike, but were in fact one in the same. His personality doesn't change much, which I definitely appreciate, but he's given a lot more responsibility, becoming a father and serving as a retainer to one of the most important nobles in the kingdom. Seeing one of my favorite characters from Awakening go through this kind of growth and development in Fates was a really nice experience.

That's why the Awakening trio is so great.They changed,grew up,and yet,stayed the same.Its characters like these that makes a Fire Emblem so great.

Wonderful painting, man! I haven't recruited Soleil yet, but I've wanted to. Inigo is one of my favorites as well. One of my favorite supports I've read was Selena/Laslow (B support I think?), when Selena turns the table on him and shows him how awkward it feels for others how he flirts xD
though Odin/Laslow had a hilarious one where they go theatrical, that was fun to read aloud to my bros as the characters xD

I think it is so cool that some characters from Awakening came to Fates, I love seeing characters return. Now we KNOW that they're connected somehow. This also explains the kid's endings in Awakening. Though, this furthers pushes my theory...
