I'm keeping the team fairly small so that its easy to manage, but we are professional.[forrr the most part. :B) we can still be complete morons] I'm gonna go ahead and put rules/ ideals you need to consider before application:
-Are you qualified? This isn't a kiddie's play ground, I take pride in my comic and i cant have dozens of random children asking to be a part of this
-Are you a decent associate of mine? I tend to need a closer bond with the person if i want their help in the comic. So if you're a random stranger, you are less likely to be hired.
-Will you let your emotions overtake how you preform with us? If you get mad at me or someone else in the group, i dont want it to be taken out on the quality of the series. If you were social media director, i would have to be trusting you with the tumblr [cont.]

and the ask blog, i don't want a bunch of daily life rants anything like that. The tumblr is for the comic. and the comic alone. Same goes for the ask blog.
-Will you spread secret info? The workers get secret tid bits about the comic i haven't released yet, yes small hints are fine, but letting out big secrets jepardizes the fun and suspense im going for.
-Do you even read the comic?? If you just want in for sh/its and giggles. Please dont. This series is very important to me and I kinda want it taken seriously. Yea we can all have fun and be friends, this isnt super mega buisness bull. But i still would like to know you love the series too, and wanna participate.
Consider AAALLLLLL of these when thinking if you should be hired.
