Chemicals in tap water are harmful to the Sea-Monkeys and will pervent them from hatching. Add the Purifying powder to thw water and wait 24 hours before adding the Sea-Monkey eggs.

I use to have Sea Monkeys the first time I think they all starved.. and then I got another set but never used it.. I'm terrible Sea Monkey owner..
